The store clerk followed me around like a used car salesman which made me feel uncomfortable, especially because he really wasn’t that helpful except for watching me and leaning on a rack to watch me. I honestly bought just a couple things and left to go to another motorcycle store right next to cyclegear because I felt annoyed. "

"Customer service was great, had to order my helmet in the graphic i wanted. first was told 4 days. it turned into 10 days, received the wrong helmet. sent it back, they ordered me a 2nd one. took a week. wrong size. 3rd time they finally found it in a store that was 25min away. ended up just going and getting it myself after the nightmare with S&H. satisfied with employees, but whoever couldn’t read the shipping labels needs further training. this could’ve easily have been a 5 Star review."
