"I was trying to exchange sine medium sized freeze out gloves and what should've been 2 days took 3 weeks. NoW I've ever called me when they came in, they sold 1 pair that did come in which should've been mine. "

"I recently purchased a rear tire for my motorcycle and had it mounted/balanced and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The only negative comment I can make is that I did not receive the 10% military discount that I normally receive when I purchase most anything from Cycle Gear. The sales woman didn't know why I could not receive the discount when I asked her. The tire was not on sale, since sale items don't rate the 10% discount when purchased. Perhaps Cycle Gear needs to reconsider allowing the 10% military discount to extend to tires as well. For this I am only giving 4 stars, hopefully someone in the Cycle Gear company will make not of this issue. Thanks. "
