"We stopped in to Cycle Gear of Murrieta to find some riding gear for our son, for a birthday gift. We were looking for an all-season jacket with safety features. The salesperson (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name) showed us exactly what we were looking for. The jacket was loaded with features, was made with very good quality, and was very affordable. The whole process was quick and easy, and made our experience a pleasant one. The employees at Cycle Gear are courteous and attentive, and they know all about riding gear. "Had a terrible experience with a mega store that we've come to refer to as CrappyHell. Cycle Gear was the complete opposite! Sooo refreshing to have a knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. I mean this place goes out of their way to help. While trying to determine proper helmet size, was even allowed to try on an associates helmet in same model/size to see how it would fit after lining had become broken in. Can't say enough good things about this place and tell everyone I know who rides to go there."
"I went i there to get some gear and the guys were very helpful. I was going to sun it a Simpson helmet but it was a little much to out on a credit card. I did end up walking out with a pair of riding oants for my wife (riding academy yay!!!!). They are always pleasant in there. Then as im buying her pants, one of lhe ladies I dealt with months ago and asks "Hey what are you doing here?" I look and it was her. She remembered who i was after nearly a year in the place. Cool people. Nice stuff. I know where im goinf for my bike parts/stuff. And yes, they are goinf to order my helmet when i come in on the 14th."

"I ordered a helmet and purchased a Cardo com system to be installed along with it when the helmet arrived. I was notified that the helmet was ready to be picked up and when I arrived,the com system was not installed. Also the instructions for the system are nowhere to be found. After I type this I am going to search on the internet for them. It could have been better overall. "
