" Visited your Murrieta Store five times and all five times the part that I really needed you did not have but the store representative said we can order it - all five times! If I have to order things I will order it through Amazon, I don’t have to make a second trip to pick up the part.
I hate ordering from Amazon but it’s getting to a point I have no choice. I tried to purchase and every one of them had to be ordered:
standard h4 headlamp for my motorcycle
set of tires for a common Honda motor scooter
brake lever for a common motorcycle
pair of dirt bike handlebars
Your staff is very helpful and friendly but I believe they are also frustrated. I think the lack of parts are due to corporate decisions; I know I live in California and I hate to pull politics into this but, the motorcycle community needs to stand up against these politicians who are trying to destroy our sport with crazy taxes and stocking fees and regulations.
