"Went to the Dallas bike show to get a good price on a helmet. With help from the Cycle Gear personnel at the show I selected a full face RS-SR. Quite pleased with the price, I purchased the helmet and left smiling. Upon arriving home I discovered I hadn't tried the helmet on while wearing my glasses. It was painful (literally) as I tried different methods to put the helmet on without my glasses digging into my face. After realizing the futility of my efforts I contacted Cycle Gear Plano and explained my problem. Without hesitation I was asked to return the helmet for exchange or refund. I exchanged the RS-SR for a RJ Platinum and now wearing glasses in no longer a problem. The people from Cycle Gear Plano, both at the show and at the store, were nothing by helpful."
