"Hello I uS a helmet that was to small and it was a large so I called online rep and she informed me it was for a kid. Hard to tell when u order it with the name it's under right. So I was mad at first but the rep was so nice and when I asked the question for going to one in Plano before I could ask she told me I could switch it out there if it's in stock which was cool. I was kind of wondering only negative things like she tell me one thing and I get there it's something else right so I called them and the guy I spoke with name was Alex he was so nice long story short everything was correct. I drove out there with my daughter who is a rider also and we had a field day in the store. Bless him he was cracking up at us. Either way h found what I wanted and needed and it was that so I didn't have to wait. Yea ! And it was less than whAt I purchased so I was able to get a mask. How cool is that. Thanks Alex for your help and I Ppreciate your time and dealing with Jayda and myself in your store. I love cycle gear so cool with the sales and the convenience of either ordering online and or going to the story. I love that even in Virginia your right around the corner from my oldest daughters home. We went there this past weekend to get some gear for her.
