"Staff was friendly, got me fitted for my first helmet and boots, and gave me recommendations on what brands I should be looking at for adventure riding gear. The helmet I purchased was placed in the wrong shelf, so it looked significantly cheaper than was at first, but having worked in retail myself for several years, I know how easy it is for something like that to happen. I did win a $50 gift card in a raffle while there, so it almost made up for the difference. But more important than that it's just seeing how they treated their customers. Very friendly, immediately ready to help anyone who walked through the door. A+"
