"I went in to purchase a ram mount steering stem phone holder. I found cycle gear has them at the same price as amazon. The kid at the counter helped me and I was sold. Problem was it won’t mount on my bike because the steering stem is not appropriate for that mount. I went home and followed the directions and watched a video first to ensure a successful install. The problem is that no one seemed to know enough to caution me on the bike mount likely to not work. I get it, how can one know all the details for every part they carry. So I went back for a different ram ball. The store only carries a limited variety and didn’t have much knowledge on ram accessories other than what was offered. No problem here, I am responsible for my own purchases. Sadly I have a mount I don’t think I can return that cost $60. This won’t keep me from returning as there is great service and products. I’ll keep shopping there for sure. Just being honest about this purchase. "
