"This store has turned around. Josh the store manager is leading by example. Previous to him the stores general attitude and customer service was atrocious. Going into the store now your greeted immediately. Asked what assistance they can help with. I would have never believed it if I didn’t see it myself. Before it was hard to justify spending any money there unless absolutely last resort. Today I bought a track suit. Why? Customer service that’s why. Could have bought it online but I would rather trust josh and the cycle gear guys. Hats off to all of you at Redwood City for turning the store around! "

"When I came in I was greeted by a friendly staff member, I was looking for a helmet I saw online but wanted to try it on first. He let me try many helmets, didn’t rush me and showed me many styles and options of the same helmet. At the end I bought more stuff plus a Neotec II helmet. I’m happy with my purchase, I’ll definitely come back again! "
