"I cant speak to anyone else's experience, but mine was not good. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and when I went to activate it through my service provider. The service provider said that the phone was stolen and essentially useless.
Decluttr customer service stated that "We work hard to check all items before they are dispatched to ensure that only items that pass our quality standards are sent. However, it would appear that this has not happened in this instance."
Obviously their 'quality standards' are not strictly checked or enforced. For this reason, I cant recommend this site to anyone."
