That was a on Aug 20. As of yet they have not responded. If they don't want to return the phone and make some quick free money just say so. At least we would know where we stand."

Stolen/Rejected brand new factory sealed video games, DVDs, blu-rays. Their way of stealing my brand new items is called: "got rejected" how can multiple fresh factory sealed items get rejected and ?Destroyed?!! Simple. Its called fraud.
Also their policy states that after they receive your items, they send payment on the next business day, its been 1 month now and the status still says, we received your items. I called a representative last week and complained, she said that she would talk to her boss, I left my phone number, no return call. Ive been trying to contact them since Friday, they are no longer answering calls for customer support. They don't pick up, and have a recorded message. About their office is now close, and call back between the hours of 9am to 5pm. I've been calling everyday from 9am to 5pm. Same message. I will like to take these people to court. Very dishonest in every way. Thanks"
"Decluttr determined my item was not as described, then failed to ship it back and will only let me claim the amount of the item as they described it. On April 29th, I sent a 5th Generation iPod Touch to Decluttr. It was in good condition and had an offer price of $41. They followed up a few weeks later, stating that it was not in good condition, and offered me $2.60 or they would return it to me. I did not believe it was not in good condition, so I requested they return it. On July 13th, I emailed Decluttr that I had not yet received my iPod. They replied, "Please accept our apologies. Contact your Post Office and have them trace this package. Tracking shows this is at your post office, 92748902338241543475290717." I looked up the tracking information, and it shows: Tracking Number: 92748902338241543475290717 The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on May 16, 2019 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. Status Pre-Shipment May 16, 2019 Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item I sent this information to them, and they replied, "Have you tracked this on UPS ? we give it to UPS then they give it to USPS and that where you package is." I let them know they never gave me UPS tracking information and asked for it. They did not give it to me, and instead sent me a claim form to fill out for a $2.60 claim. The claim form asks "Have you checked for notice of attempted delivery?" To which I will remind them that USPS shows they never received it. It asks, "Have you checked with neighbors that they have not accepted receipt of delivery in place of the intended recipient?" To which I state no, as USPS shows they never received it. It asks, "Have you contacted the carrier about this loss?" To which I state no, as USPS shows they never received it. I also refuse to fill out a claim form for $2.60 when my item was worth $41."
"Tried to buy a used tablet. Looked like a good deal! Was forced to create a profile, which asked a lot of data-mining questions, but whatever, that's modern shopping. I placed my order with a credit card, got a confirmation that it was shipping, and went to bed happy. Woke up the next morning to an automated email that my order had been cancelled, with no explanation. I wrote back for clarification and got three different (and still vague) responses from three different people. One said their credit card processing system was down, another said the product got flagged for fraud, the third said there was a shipping address mismatch. Clearly nobody actually knew why the order was cancelled. When I asked if I could re-order the item, and how I could do that in a way that wouldn't get cancelled, nobody had a clear answer, and the then I was told the item was sold to someone else. Great.
That would have been a "bad" experience, but what truly pushed this experience over the edge into "horrible" was the automated emails. The automated cancellation email I got that started all of this? It was sent again every six hours. It's STILL being sent to me every six hours. Nobody can figure out how to cancel it. The exact same email, again and again, every six hours, for days on end. And whenever I ask someone to fix it, I get another boilerplate response about how they'll look into it.
TLDR: a spectacularly bad experience trying to purchase from Decluttr."
