I've made around $170 for my used games and $50 for my DVDs, the latter of which was a great deal since nobody really buys those back anymore. "I have used more than once and have not been disappointed. I have sent DVD's and CD's and the only gripe I have is the amount they provide for the items. Most of the time, they state the price for CD's as $.02 or $.05. I also do not know how they price the items (have not found this information in the app or website). However, the shipping process is very easy, as they send you the shipping label and it ships for free, which i appreciate very much. I would prefer a longer time frame to send in the items. The description provided for shipping is clear and you receive payment rather quickly too. Another plus, options of how you would like to receive payment. Overall, satisfied. "

"So I messed up by not sending my phone in immediately. I thought I had 30 days to send it in and sent it on day 29. Turns out the deadline is day 28. They reduced my offer by $40. Not a big deal, my fault, seems excessive, but wow. So I check their website. Current offers are $19 more than what they offered me. Nope, won't honor that price either. Overall horrible experience and very poor customer service. They take several days to reply and don't directly answer any questions. Called in and got even worse reply. "We can only match what our website says. You should have called in on the day you emailed."

Bottom line... return your items quickly and call for customer service, don't email."

I saw an ad on social media for Decluttr and decided to download the app to see if it was legit. Not only do they accept most movies and CDS they also buy back old cell phones that you no longer use. Within 20 min of completing my order i received a free shipping label to send my items. Within two weeks i received my payment via paypal.

Decluttr will not make you rich but it follows through on its promises. My living spaces is de-cluttered, money in my bank account and a new site to look into should i ever need to buy used electronics.

"I sent in 3 iPhones, since decluttr had the best online quotes. Only ONE of the 3 quotes was honored.

For phone 2, I received an email stating the phone was "faulty," and instead of $64, they offered $12.50. The phone was less than a year old and in perfect condition. I declined that offer and sent it to another reseller that offered me $60. It was paid in full with no "faulty" description.

For phone 3, I received an email stating it was identified as lost, stolen, or blocked when they checked it against the checkMEND website. It suggested I check that website and provide them with a certificate ID number which I can find "below" (in the email). However, they did not include that certificate ID number at all. At that point, I called. They told me they don't use that database (then why did the email state they do?). They said there are often problems with Sprint releasing the phone. Meanwhile, the other 2 phones were also Sprint. My Sprint account had been closed with a zero balance, and the phone was entirely paid off. I asked them to hold onto the phone while I checked with Sprint. I spent a long time getting Sprint to send me documentation that I could forward. By that time, they had already sent the phone back to me. This took a lot of time, and in the meantime new iPhones were released and the value of my phone went down. I sent it to another reseller that offered me $20 less at that point in time. It went through without incident.

At the end of the day, they honored only one quote and gave me bogus excuses for the other 2, both of which were proven bogus by the other 2 resellers that paid in full without issues.
