"Issue 1 - Used scanning tool to check CD's to sell. All were scanned and found by decluttr. When I got paid it was significantly less than it was supposed to be. Called for explanation. Was told some of the CD's had promotional bar codes and they couldn't accept them. None of the CD's I sent were promotional. If they were promotional they shouldn't have scanned in successfully.
Issue 2 - In order to save time, effort and money (for decluttr) I combined two orders in one box. I was not aware that I was not supposed to do that. The second order didn't show as accepted even after the first order was processed and paid. I called and was told they state in the Terms and Conditions and the FAQ that you need to send orders individually. In other words, the info was well hidden. No where in the list of steps for packing and shipping was this stated.
Issue 3 - When I called about the second order not being received the support person was helpful but very argumentative. She wouldn't let me finish sentences before talking over me and telling me that I should have known better than to ship two orders together.
On the bright side, they surprisingly (conveniently) found my second order the day after I called and it was paid immediately. "

"This app is a HUGE ripoff! They lie and scam you! I sold some video games and they came back saying the disc was missing from the one worth the most. I told them it was there and to double check it. It was there like i said so they issued a check. I tried to sell my LG G4 to them and they came back and said it was locked to a google account, i told them to check it again because it wasn't. They again said it was locked. I called and told them theres no way its locked and i have pictures of the set up to show that its unlocked and to check again. They came back and said it was locked again and shipped it back. When i received the phone it was on the home screen! Please tell me how you got all the way through the setup to the home screen if it was still locked? They lie and try to scam you and will do anything to get out of paying. Beware of this app!"
"This is the worst service I have ever had... I actually cannot believe how bad it was... My initial experience was great but this recent one was soooo bad... I sent them two devices to sell and they sent me a message saying the devices were locked so they were unable to buy them. There messaging said if I didn't clear this up they would have to dispose of the phones... I called and they said oh that is incorrect we will just send the devices back if you can't clear up the balance owed on the devices with t-mobile. I let them know that i didn't realize that would hold up the sale, as I was planning on using the proceeds from the sale to pay off the devices. No biggie though I said I'll contact t-mobile and clear it up, I confirmed with them that in the mean time they would HOLD the phones until I cleared this issue up... Well I went through the process with t-mobile and then contacted Decultr to inform them things should be good but to let me know what they find out. A week passes and I don't hear anything so I called Decluttr and they said sorry your phones have been returned to you.. I thought that was inconvienent because it meant I would just have to turn around and mail the phones to them... Well several weeks go by and NO phones... Finally I look into the tracking and they sent the devices back to an address that was 2 years old!!. Yes I use to live there but at no point during these entire transactions did they ever confirm my address... further more I was never expecting them to return my devices and I talked to multiple reps that said they would hold the devices... The worst part is after talking with a manager for 45 minutes the only response I received was "sorry wish there was more I could do" but even though we didn't confirm your address, led you to believe we were holding the phones.. We won't take responsibility for these devices.. It was an endless loop of sorry we are not sorry... I am filing every complaint I can this was about a $300 loss because of there lack of system, communication, and organization... Capped with a beautiful cherry on top of the worst customer service response I have ever had... They would not even contact UPS for me... Let alone discuss other ways to fix the problem... WOW...."
