Once they got it they said it doesn't meet their quality standards and it will be donated to charity. That is total BS and just a way for them to take your property and sell it for 100% profit. Before you send them anything read their terms and conditions very carefully. Chances are you won't see a penny from them for what you send in and they will give you the same excuse that your merchandise doesn't pass their quality standards and it will be "given to charity" your property will be taken and you will see NOTHING in return as payment. That is what happened to me. Decluttr is practicing outright THEFT and covering themselves under their "terms and conditions" which they DO NOT reveal up- front and the customer only finds out AFTER they have sent in the merchandise based on an agreed amount of money that they NEVER SEE from DECLUTTR- A SCAM COMPANY!"
