No where in between do they inform you that the games you sent in were actually worth less. So what does that mean? Well, you can send in a game (maybe bought from GameStop or you lost the game’s case for it) and this company will claim it was (and I’m quoting the customer service representative): “missing”, “...sold as a promotion”, or “...sold when it shouldn’t have been sold”.

I’m confused now, am I being accused of stealing, and lying OR are they accusing GameStop of selling illegal/ illegitimate copies of games? I know for a fact I went through all those game cases to make sure those games were in there (I wanted $108 that I was ‘estimated’ to earn)

I then began to inquire about getting the Nintendo DS I sent or certain games back (the so called “illegal” copies) but the company “recycles” or “destroy” whatever they receive so you’re left with no choice but to take the $63 and get ripped off from $50 additional. So my $108 estimate was just them throwing a bait... I bit the bait. Gave up 25+ games and a Nintendo DS for $63...."

"While their often below-market offers are acceptable given that you see them before you sell, my experience is that they, contrary to stated policy, they don't accept every CD. In fact, they don't accept quite a few. And their payments have consistently been slower than than the “same day” they advertise. Usually three days. Or in the most recent case, more than a week after they received the items, they still hadn't paid or contacted me about the shipment. When I contacted them, they said a number (most, maybe all) the items were missing from the shipment. OK, but they were in the box when I dropped it at UPS. I relayed this to them and they didn't respond. I assume I'm not getting paid for that shipment. In fairness, I should say that the first two or three shipments I made to them were very satisfactory (though the same day payment wasn't forthcoming, I don't mind waiting a day or two). Since we’ve been indulging in "death cleaning” these past few months, I was happy to have a place of last resort where I could off-load older CDs and DVDs. (Admittedly I wasn't selling them the prime stuff — I was taking advantage of their “We buy Everything” policy. I didn't mind getting tow or three cents for an item that would otherwise end up in a landfill or languishing on a thrift store shelves.) But I don't think I'll be selling to them again. Maybe their business plan proved insupportable, maybe they’re just a little lax. I don't think they're evil or anything but there are better options.

"I wasn't convinced that it would be just so smooth and easy..but yep, it was! From entering the barcodes, initiating the sell order, printing the label and packing slip and getting paid in a few days. I immediately sent another box of cds (bigger this time). They received it in about 5 days and I should be seeing the SECOND check in my bank account today or tomorrow. Highly recommend."
