It was as simple as putting in the bar-code numbers of games I wanted to sell, deciding on whether or not the price they offered was good enough and shipping it. Prices of certain games I had seemed to fluctuate, so if they're not offering a lot on a game right now. Maybe check back in a month or so, it could have raised some. In my experience the older console games don't seem to go for very much, but it's all up to you to decide if their offer is good enough for you. So far I've had a great experience with them. "

"I was searching everywhere online to trade my original xbox one in. Not only did they have the highest value by more than 10%, they also gave cash instead of a store gift card. I mailed it on a Monday morning and they notified me on Wednesday that the item was received and was under review. The next morning, they emailed me to let me know it checked out and they deposited the money in my pay pal account. The turn around times was unbelievable. "First off the shipping labels need separate tracking per label and your instructions are to print multiples. My shipment was rejected 3 times before being able to picked up. Then after 5 days after the lengthy shipping process no word at all. I get frustrated and email them .they come back with a list of what wasn't there but it was packed in the box. So not only do they pay u pennies on the dollar for your items they scam you once they receive the items. Finally after several emails and a mountain of aggravation I got my payment set up. A week now and still no money. False advertising and poor business practices. Stay far away. You get better prices at a pawn shop. Also going to file a complaint with the bbb"
