My daughter purchased a dress from this so called business and it was so sloppily made and she wants to return it. It was not what was advertise, AT ALL!! First they offered her $44.00 back. Then they came back and said they were going to change her a 50% restocking fee. They are not honoring their website cancellation/return policy.
The 50% cancellation restocking fee does not apply because she is not cancelling the order!! She is returning the dress because of poor workmanship!!Nothing wrong on the dress was anything that she did or did not do. The dress is poorly made and not what was advertised! PERIOD!!
She has followed their PROCEDURES on how to return the dress and get a refund. They do not have quality control and did not check the dress or the person doing the quality control is BLIND!! She provided the pictures and the proof.
That is crap about them having to confirm the issue and ACCEPT your return request!!!! Not to mention the fact that they will not give you the return address until they approve the return!! From their e-mails to her, they will never APPROVE a return……………….no matter what is wrong!!!! That shows right there that they are NOT a reputable business.
I think they are trying to stall too because they limit their returns to 30 days.
The 45% restocking fee should still not apply to the return of the dress because you have reasonable supporting reasons to return the dress and has furnished those to them.
You can tell by their website that this is not an upstanding business by the way this is all written. All they are is ONE BIG SCAM!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASs!!! LET'S SHUT THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS DOWN!!! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ANOTHER PERSON FOR A PENNY!!!

I ordered one of their dresses last year to see whether it would be suitable as bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. The dress was well made and matched the image on the site well. I decided to go ahead and order 3 more of the SAME dress (at the same time, I ordered a completely different dress for a friend who's wedding I will be in next year, as I recommended dido bridal to her).
Unfortunately, all four of the dresses I ordered were far from what I expected to receive. The dress I ordered from my bridesmaids was a very simple design, what I received was far too different from the original dress I received. Thinking they would fix the problems, I contacted them via e-mail with photographic evidence.
Whilst they admitted that the dresses were different to the image on the webpage, they REFUSED to compensate me in any way. After several e-mails back and forth, they still refused to refund or re-make the dresses and offered me a '$20 coupon'.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING ALL OF YOUR DRESSES TO LOOK THE SAME. ALSO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU EXPECT THE DRESSES TO LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOGRAPHS.
What was even worse was that the fourth dress I ordered for my friend looked NOTHING like the image at all. There was meant to be a sheer material, running across the neckline which was not sheer at all, there were meant to be a diamante strap running down the back of the dress which was not included at all!"

Press studs used for this dress are absolutely useless.Cant do the zip right up as its way to tight around the hips. i feel the dress was poorly made an will not use this site for anything in the future."

"I ordered on the 21st April and got my dress on 16th May, no chasing was required. During the time, you only get 2 emails, one is to confirm your order, another one is to confirm your order is now shipped (my order is in the UK and they used DHL).
This is my first time ordering from this website. I was quite nervous about my order as this website got lots of really bad reviews. I have to say I have no problem using this website at all. Both the delivery and quality of the dress were great and I have no complain.
One small comment will be the packing of the dress is really bad, my sky blue chiffon dress was only partly wrapped in a transparent plastic sheet. If there was any water split age during the shipment, I am sure that will be the end of my dress.
Also, there is no invoice within the package, but I didn't need to pay any import tax, compare to a similar dress I ordered from Light in the Box, which cost me 25% of the original price of the dress for import tax.
Ladies hope you will find this helpful. I do recommend this website to others and will order from this website again. But don't expect John Lewis customer service, it is more like buying stuffs from E bay."
