"DO NOT order from this company. I REALLY wish myself, the bride and the entire wedding party had researched these reviews before ordering.
The first time I tried ordered the dress, I entered in all my credit card info ( including my password and numbers on back of the card)...I received an email with my order#. I waited over a month and received nothing. They claimed my payment did not go through so they never processed my order...they never even bothered to tell me!!! I just assumed I would be receiving it cuz I got an email with an order#. SO....OVER A MONTH went by WAITING ON A DRESS THAT WAS NEVER COMING. I contacted my credit card company as I was extremely concerned of fraud and such as I entered in ALL my info online. Fortunately, there are no sketchy charges as of yet anyways. (FYI I also have excellent credit rating and the credit card company assured me it was not a problem with my card but a problem with the website I was purchasing from. Also, in the past when I make purchases outside of North America it sometimes takes up to 3 weeks for the transaction to appear on my online banking, so I just assumed that was what was happening as I waited to receive this order..)
The second time I placed my order I received the dress over a month later. It was supposed to come with a "self-sash" as indicated online. It did NOT come with a self sash. Furthermore, I used the chart measurements to select my size, and the dress was WAY TOO SMALL. It could not even be altered. When I tried to contact them about these 2 issues I first phoned the USA number listed on their website and on my 5th attempt got through to a person. She stated she could not help me cuz she deals only with pre-sales and gave me an email to email after-sales. She then told me she would pass along my info to after-sales so they would quickly respond as time was of the essence! I sent two emails and didn't receive an answer til 4 days later....All I was told was that they would contact "production" regarding the sash situation. As per the sizing problem, they told me to provide photos of the dress with measurements as shown in the photos they provided....well they provided photos of a completely different style dress...which made it difficult to know exactly where I needed to measure. Nevertheless, I emailed the photos ( with measurements that did not match the chart) and A WEEK later I FINALLY get a response that I did not do it correctly and NOW they provide photos of the actual dress style showing me where to measure ( which by the way doesn't look too far off from what I did in the first place)...how about having sent those photos using my exact dress as an example A WEEK AGO instead!!!!!???? So since it took all of 11 full days ( I first emailed on April 29th) to get back to me I had to make a decision as time was not on my side. I am no longer able to be in this wedding. This wedding is on the other side of the country, so when I factor in travel time in addition to the wedding date and time to allow for alterations IF I was to receive another dress that MAY or MAY NOT fit...it is no longer feasible.
I am furious. I stressed in every single email how I was strapped for time ( which I wouldn't have been so much if I hadn't waited over a month for a dress that was never coming in the first place)!! AND it's 11 days later...AND they still haven't even rectified the problem about me not having received the sash...I paid to receive everything as indicated on their website for that dress, and I did NOT.
This has been nothing but a gong show and has done nothing but provide me with stress and frustration since the first order attempt. Not to mention the stress and sadness it has caused one beautiful and deserving bride...
Hope to hell this company is pleased with their poor unfair service and how they are negatively interfering in what is supposed to be brides' most important day of their lives."
"I would never order from this company again. I ordered to dresses one when arrived was to small, on the website it states an exchange can be made for the same style, but no they made me order a new dress offering a discount of £12.. an insult in itself. The dress arrives and so does a custom charge. Why do they charge over £30 for shipping if the custom charge is not included. I have sent three emails to these guys and have not received any help just an offer of coupons, money towards to the custom charges would be nice. I am seeking legal advise against these people as these charges should be stated. Lack of communication is disgusting, if i were any future customer do not order form here."
"Good part was that dresses arrived on time. However, the dresses were significantly short for a knee length dress and no where on the website provides a knee length measurement. Company were not helpful at the return/refund process. Waste of money unless you were very short. I would not recommend this company at all."

Took way longer than a month to deliver a dress although I had told them the date I needed the dress by.
The colour was wrong and awful. The sizing was totally wrong. Definitely not according to the sizing chart.
Complained but wouldn't do refund. Kept offering $10 gift voucher (I paid $120 for the dress). Stingy as! Finally got them to agree to give me $10 refund instead of the gift voucher.
More than one month later (way more than 21 business days), I still haven't received my refund.
Complete waste of time doing business with them.
Please save yourself time and money, people!"
"Not happy with my order either! I was getting worried when the wedding date was fast approaching and had not heard what the current status was. I called and no one could answer my question. I then used their online chat the person just told me to send an email and provided me with email address which was invalid. I then emailed the customer service and had to threaten to file a fraud claim and cancel my order before anyone responded. When they did they told me my dress was still in process and could take longer to receive due to the Labor Day Holiday in China. To my surprise I received the dress the same day! Either they didn't look to see where the dress was or they don't know how to track their products. The quality of the dress was not great. The fit is nothing like the pictures and the rouging is missing. The skirt gathers to one side when it is supposed to be even throughout so now it looks like I am leaning. Not happy but no time to make changes! "
"DO NOT ORDER from this website! They are a complete scam. I ordered my bridesmaid dress and my daughter's flower girl dress and both are a complete disaster! My dress arrived with the skirt sewen on backwards, so the front seam hangs about 3 inches longer than the back and sides, and the lining bunches up and the dress looks NOTHING like the picuture. My daughters dress was pictued/advertised as a knee length lite flowy dress. It arrived weighing a ton and floor length! I have been going rounds for about 3 weeks via e-mail with this company and have had to ask again for the return shipping address and when I will get my money refunded! I was told they would refund me, I asked for the shipping address, and then they turned around and e-mailed me today asking if I would reorder from them! What a joke they are. Please do not order from them, keep your business in the USA."
"I ordered 7 dresses in total 4 of BD184 two FD0012 and 1 FD008. Every single dress had to be altered. Even though I had all the girl measured by a tailor and I provided these measurements in the message box. I also followed up over the phone with one of the representatives. My maid of honors dress had to have the liner replaced which cost 160.00 Canadian. Another bridesmaid dress is so small it can not be fixed and I can not get a response from dido bridal. My wedding is in Three weeks and i am short one bridesmaids dress. i thought it was a great deal but after all the shipping cost, duty fees and alteration we could have bought the dresses from a boutique for less. Not worth the stress. I also tried twice to leave comments on the dress page but apparently they choose what comments to post. I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. "

"I was very happy with the 4 bridesmaid dresses I ordered, and am a satisfied customer.
After ordering some fabric swatches and choosing my dress designs, I initially ordered one dress as a test run and was happy with the result. The only issue I had was that the dress was a little bigger than the measurements I provided.
I proceeded to buy 3 remaining dresses (each of a different shade) in standard dress sizes, and they arrived on time, and fit perfectly. Each dress matched the fabric swatch I received, which really put my mind at ease.
I received great customer service from Didobridal, and all my queries were always answered within 24 hours.
I even received a Skype call from them, but the connection was poor, so we ended up corresponding via email.
I would recommend them again, but do so leaving yourself enough time for alterations (if needed) and delivery.
