"I ordered my wedding dress from didobridal & i was completely happy with what i had ordered. I had the dress made to mesaurement & it fit perfect. It looks exactly like the picture. quick processing and delivery. I would highly recommend dido to everyone. & i definately will order from them again myself. they are also very helpful. they always get back to you, with information if you need it. :)"

"There are so many mixed reviews about Dido Bridal, I understand why people would be wary about their services.

I personally though am a satisfied customer after buying 5 bridesmaids dresses and have two wedding dresses on order.

Here are a list of positive points i've experienced with Didobridal -

The dresses look exactly like the picture online.
They are quality made dresses.
Given we measured ourselves carefully,the dresses all fit to the tee.
The price of the dresses were so wonderfully cheap compared to the overpriced retails. We saved a big amount.
The dresses came on time (given i had given them and myself plenty of room for any problems which there weren't any).My wedding is in January 2013, i placed an order for the bridemaids dresses 4 months ago. They are now sitting safely and happily in each of my bridesmaids wardrobes ready to be worn. I ordered in advanced incase of any problems such as sizing, colour etc.

Negative -
Sometimes there are communication problems due to Didobridal's level of english. You just need to be patient in the matter and again, give plenty of time for communicating as you don't always get same day replies.

Overall i would recommend Didobridal given that you take into account that extra time must be given for problems. This is not just a case for Didobridal but for every company and especially when dealing in matters related to important events such as weddings and proms.

"I wish I would have done my research before ordering from this company because now I see I am a victim like many others. I too ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses. Five out of the six dresses are way to small, we took specific measurements as stated in the size chart. The cups were sewn too high in the bodice and the armholes are too tight. These are supposed to be US size 2,4, and 6. Didobridal will not refund any of my money or take responsibility for the wrong sizes. They just make lame excuses for their error. Don't order anything from this company!"

"Do not buy a dress from didobridal!!! I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses with all measurements sent to Didobridal. Only two of those dresses were right when I received them. One of them is no where near the measurements that I sent and so my bridesmaid can not fit into it and another one of them has had the sash around the middle made much smaller then the others so it doesn't match.
The website has refused to refund or fix the errors so be WARNED!

"After looking within my State of Qld, Aust for bridesmaids dresses and finding nothing less than $400 a dress for what I was wanting, I decided to do something I thought I'd never do and go online to buy my bridesmaids dresses. I ended up going with Dido Bridal and I ordered colour samples first and then one dress to ensure the standard was great. It was! And, also when shown to a dressmaker, she commented on how great the quality was. I ordered the remainding 3 bridesmaids dresses along with junior bridesamids and flower girls. Communication was a little slow, but they did always eventually get back to me within 5 or so days. I was a little concerned after I'd ordered the dresses as I was seeing a lot of negative comments on their Facebook page regarding people not getting their dresses on time for their special occasion. I do believe however it was prom time in the USA and so I made sure I allowed nearly 3 months to get my dresses. I think I was lucky as the prom time was finished when I'd ordered my dresses. Please just take this into consideration - allow plenty of time plus extra for shipping (I'm in Aust) and also then if you need to have them altered slightly. Overall, I am very impressed with the service I received from Dido and the dresses are exquisite. Some friends have also now used Dido and they are also happy. "I am the Maid of Honour for my best friend's wedding and after looking around at a lot of retail shops in Brisbane and not being too impressed, we turned to online stores. We found that Didobridal had a great range and very reasonable prices.

I made a couple of inquiries prior to placing my order and I received prompt and helpful replies.

My dress arrived right on time and it was perfect. The size fitted beautifully (but remember - when it comes to sizing, it is YOU who are measuring yourself, not Didobridal, and the accuracy of their sizing is dependent on the accuracy of your measurements).

Given the prices, I was a bit uncertain of what the quality would be like. I was very pleasantly surprised, to say the least. The quality was equal to or greater than dresses I saw in stores for more than double the price.

So I am 100% happy with my purchase and will very happily shop with Didobridal again.

The only other thing I would say to customers is to use shipment times as a GUIDELINE. Sometimes, not everything goes to plan. If you are buying during a peak period (e.g. prom/formal season)or you are buying for another special occasion (e.g. wedding) then allow extra time! If you've measured yourself incorrectly or there is a mixup with style (accidents happen in any business!) then you will have time to rectify the issue. If you know a dress takes around four weeks to process, and you need the dress for a day in four weeks time, then you assume the risk of something going wrong and not having the time to fix it. It's unfortunate, sure, but you have to take some responsibility for your choice to leave things to the last minute.

"i have had the worst experience with this company, first off i ordered my wedding dress from them and they sent me the wrong dress they sent me a bridesmaid dress that was supposed to go to Australia and made me pay for it and wouldn't ship mine till i sent them the ups code.(they reimburse me a month later) well with this bad service i was planning on not getting my bridesmaids dresses from them but one of the girls bought her dress before i could tell her not to. well she didnt have a problem with them and neither did another girl so i went to order a dress to match for my maid of honer and here i had the worst service ever. ordered it and accidently ordered the wrong color so less than 12 hours after ordering it and realizing my mistake i emailed them the correct color and didnt hear from them for a week. they email me not confirming the color but to make sure the measurements are right. so i confirm the correct measurements and also COLOR. nothing back until i send a threatening e-mail to cancel my order. well they send me an email back and tell me everything is ok and will confirm my color, well they had already cut the fabric in the wrong color and refused to change it. i emailed these people before they cut the fabric of the correct color. this cutting the fabric is BS. they assured me that everything will be fine and then the e-mails stopped , i begged for a confirmation on when the dress that hasnt been started will get here since my bridesmaid waited til 6 weeks before the wedding.now i am trying to contact to company to cancel the order."

"I was VERY reluctant to purchase from them mostly because the price was SO low. Basically, I was worried that it was too good to be true. However, the prospect of "Free Returns" helps coax me into at least giving it a try. Finally, I got my dress last friday and its pretty nice, it wasnt exactly what the picture look like but it was close enough. Its really pretty and im happy with dido bridal!"

"I ordered my dress on the 3/4/12 for my friend's wedding which was 5 weeks away. Never got my dress in time despite them assuring me I would. Never responded to my numerous emails from myself and my fiance and neither do they respond to phonecalls.

8 weeks on and I still don't have my dress! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

"Ordered dress 6 weeks prior to Prom and began calling and inquiring after 2 weeks up until day of prom -- they DO NOT return calls, nor e-mails and we never got our dress by PROM! DO NOT USE these pirates -- chk out Facebook Timeline -- most unhappy customers - not one happy one!"
