"It must be a scam, i order a camera and memory plus reghargeable battery for it and i never receive the order.
The card have been charged and i orderd with 3 days delivery
They call me next day and told me that my amex did not work because i give the wrong Zip code. That was a lie because i snap the screen with the full order i made and it was no mistake. They ask for another card and i give them a discovery
I was at work and could not verify what they was saying.
The order never show up and whenever i look on the site is still in shipping for almost a month .
I tried to call cople of times and the call ended after first words like nobody could here me...
I sent multiple mails from the website page and they all have ben succesfuly transmited per the snap sshot i have,only nothing happen.

On my surprise today they call me and said that it was a missunderstanding and my order will arrive tuesday and thursday
Andrew Bransen seem to be a good custemer service rep and i tend to belive him.
If this happen i would prefer to buy more stuff from this guy's. I love technology especially the record features for voice and snap shots....

"I had an exceptional experience with my purchase. I placed my order but, there was an issue with my credit card so had to call and straighten it out...Boy am I glad I did. The customer service I received was a breath of fresh air when so many times you get someone who doesn't want to bother providing the Customer real support. Rick H. was my customer rep. He asked questions about what my camera was and what I used it for and seemed genuinly interested. He then came to the conclusion that the lens I had ordered would not work with my camera. He thoroughly explained why and pointed me to another option that was exactly what I was looking for. I also was informed that there was a sale and the lens was about half the price. Which is why I agree that Digital Depot has great prices!! He walked me step by step through the re-ordering process and to make things even better, he said he'd have it shipped from somewhere closer so it wouldn't take the 12-15 days it normally would take to arrive. I ordered it on a Tuesday and it was delivered to my house that Thursday. Less than 48 hours from phone to my door, Amazing!! So, from customer service, to price, to speed of delivery, I would place an order with Digital Depot for any of my photography needs and would recommend them to anyone.

"Good experience! I got a great deal on a Nikon 7d, shipping was fast though they charged 50 to Hawaii plus $50 for insurance ! The only questionable part was buying a memory card, I have been unable to locate the brand they sold me online and it was quite expensive. Not sure it was worth it, though the price they gave me on the camera and the 5 year warranty makes up for it. Recommended seller.... Thanks guys."
