"The very first order I placed I had to jump through quite a few hoops to get the order processed. I had to send them photo ID and the a copy of the credit card only for them to go ahead and cancel the order saying my billing address didn't match my card.I have a company credit card in my name so obviously my drivers license isn't going to match that billing. so Not only did they not send me this information in an email so it could be dealt with in a timely manner I had to call multiple time with multiple emails sent as well. If I had a choice I wouldn't make purchases here based on my experience if I didn't need to. In the end though they did get the problem corrected for me so thats a plus but it made my shipment late and added an extra level of headache I didn't need."
