"Watch out for their cancellation policy! I tried to cancel on-line almost immediately and was told I had no items eligible for cancellation at that time. This never changed -- even 8 hours later. And actually my order itself never appeared under "orders." When I called the next day to cancel, I was told it was too late to cancel because the order had already been submitted to the warehouse. I know they have free returns, but I am still out the original shipping cost. Why was I never able to cancel on-line when it clearly states you can do so? There's no way this order was sent to the warehouse before I tried to cancel it."

"Bought a J World rolling carryon off Amazon and it arrived with the tags still on but, it looks like someone dragged it through some mud or stored it in a dirty attic or basement. It looks like it's had a previous owner for awhile. And, the inside zipper was separated and sewn in backwards! Luckily, that didn't affect the functioning of the bag. I'm starting to believe they sell fake or poorly made item from Taiwan or China. I'll just accept this as a $40 loss because I see from all the reviews that it is a nightmare dealing with customer service. The only good thing I can only say that shipping was free and fast and arrived in 4 days. Right on time for my vacation to Vegas."

"Put in the order on 6/19 , delivery promised for 6/25, got a message from UPS saying they cannot deliver my bag due to weather conditions. Really for 5 days in a row? The whole country stops due to weather???
Customer service informed me to wait until 6/29 and if the bag is lost, I will get my refund. Not like we will ship you what you paid for.
Pathetic. Even if I get my bag one of these days, I will never shop ebags again.

"I was worried to order from exams given the horrible reviews on this site which primarily complain about ebag's customer service and shipping. However, the reviews on Amazon about the quality of their luggage is excellent. So, I took a chance and so far I'm happy. The bag was shipped by UPS and I received it two days later. Time will tell how it holds up and how good the warranty is. "

"FREE Shipping and FREE Returns is a scam:
I've ordered from this site in the past. I chose to try them, again, because I've been having trouble sourcing backpack style purses and they have many. The site claims they have Free Shipping and Free Returns. I was lulled into thinking it had taken on the Zappos model. I ordered four bags to try. Kept one and returned three. Had to package them all separately and they all come from different places at different times. I just got the credit back for ONE of the three (what happened to the rest?). They DEDUCTED the return shipping. I don't think FREE Shipping and Returns means the same thing to them as it does to me. I won't use them again.

"Pathetic service. Received a wrong product which is of lower cost. This site sucks and their customer service is of no help. They are the rudest people I have seen so far. I will not recommend this site to anyone. They are not reliable at all. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would definitely go with that. But the least I can give here is 1. "

"I should have paid more attention to the reviews. This company sells items that it doesnt have and then you log into your account to find your order is cancelled . THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE RUDE ! I suppose that is a result of dealing with unhappy customers all day long . Don't fall for their scam . They are taking orders for merchandise they don't have as a means to getting your contact info and credit card info ."

"Let me just start by saying: DON'T DO IT!!! after waiting a week they cancelled my order and sent me an email...ooopps sorry! we oversold the item. This is a "DROP-SHIP COMPANY!!"
NO STORE, NO WHAREHOUSE NO INVENTORY!!! they just take orders only, they have no idea about inventory, shipping what is coming in or going out...Mr right Hand has no Idea of what Mr left hand is doing! They communicate with there suppler buy email only...if someone bothers to read them!
They screwed up two orders of mine before I just gave up and I am still waiting for my money back. The are a power seller on EBay 12% of there feedback is neutral or negative, that is over 300 people to date!
So to recap: DON'T DO IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

"On Shop Runner I found a case the showed on screen as $7.99 from eBags. When I clicked through to eBags, it showed a price of $19.99. I contacted Shop Runner who said it was eBags fault. I contacted eBags who asked for the url link that showed the lower price and I sent it to them. eBags then said it was Shop Runner's fault. Neither was willing to take responsibility. At this point I don't care. Neither of them will ever see any business from me again."

"This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever received from a Google Trusted and BBB company in my entire life. I ordered a backpack on November 21, 2014. When checking out, the delivery date said it would be before thanksgiving (27th) in which I was leaving on for vacation. I constantly checked the tracking of the package and UPS had an estimated delivery of Tuesday, November 25th. It never arrived. I waited and called Wednesday night as we were leaving Thursday morning. UPS said they had never even received the package. My fiance then called Ebags customer service line, and the woman she spoke to told her that package hadn't even left the WAREHOUSE! I was very upset, since I needed the backpack for luggage for my computer and other items. We then had it shipped to our Disney hotel because the package wasn't in my possession. We were told it would arrive on Monday, December 1. She then called back two days later and said it would actually arrive on Tuesday, December 2. That Tuesday came, and still no package. Wasn't at the hotel. Called Ebags again, they said UPS had it and it was out for delivery. We left on Friday, December 5 and never received the package. When we called for a fourth time, a representative told us and I quote "the package is somewhere in Orlando, we just do not know where it is". It was the must frustrating purchase I have ever dealt with. I did get a refund, but the whole purpose of getting a backpack for my new computer is down the drain. I chose Ebags because of their excellent reviews. I will NEVER shop with this company again. I also recommend to others that you get the name and phone representatives' ID number before you hang up. They promised us packages would be certain places multiple times and my package is floating somewhere in the many lakes of Florida or delivered to someone else."

"All bad reviews are spot on. Hit and miss service. Just hope ur order does not end being the one they screw up. In case it is, ur done. Better off cancelling and order someplace else.

Don't get scammed by the low price and terrible practice of lying about shipping dates. Not worth the trouble. Pay $10-20 more and order from a reputable, competent site.

"I've ordered from them in the past and never had an issue. My last transaction has been a hideous experience. They made a quantity item shipment error. I quickly reported it by phone, and was promised a correction 'as fast as possible - on Monday next week- since it was our fault'. A week later and I still can't confirm it's been shipped from the warehouse. Lots of canned text email replies from customer service. Lesson learned - you go with the low price guy with the high % off sale coupons, and you get what you pay for. No thanks - I'll take my future business elsewhere. buyer beware."

I ordered a product 11/3 and also purchased shoprunner to get it quick as EBAGS is apparently absolutely terrible on shipping things. with two day shipping it is still going to take ~10 days to get here? absolute bait and switch scam
