Had bad experiences with joes av, cliff deals and easy coast tvs. Until I finally chose ebuy.. and I was still skeptical because the price was too good to be true.. I know Costco is selling for about 5000, and I got it for about half that. I'm so so happy with it. Shipping was easy, they used FedEx which made me feel safer. Victor was really fast about replying to any questions I had regarding the tv. Very helpful, pleasant customer service, and a legitimate lg tv with the warranty from lg verified. I'm really stoked. "Over 2 months ago I made an attempted purchase of a TV. MONTH WENT BUY AND NOTHING.
Almost 2 months went by and numerous unanswered emails and finally I waited on hold and was told that that tv is on backorder and they have no idea when and if it will be available to fill my order.
Funny Is that the very same tv is still
for sale at a much higher price ???
So recently I received a FRAUD alert on that very same credit card I used to try to buy this tv.
That card was brand new and I had never used it in store and or online.
So you put two and two together.
I have had a friend order this same tv at the NEW HIGHER PRICE. And have a feeling his order will be magically filled before mine.
This place is a SCAM and now much worse is I suspect someone with access to my credit card is committing credit card fraud. "
"One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I ordered an LG OLED TV on 2/4/17. The next business day, a guy from ebuyusa called me telling me there was a defect with that specific TV (that wasn't mentioned on the site) and suggested a I buy a different TV that was the exact same model number but supposedly without the defect and cost $1k more. I declined his offer and he informed me the TV would ship the next week.
In he following months I placed multiple calls with the company asking for an update. Each time the same guy answered the phone but gave me totally different stories about why the TV hadn't shipped. I cancelled my order after two months.
The day after I cancelled my order, my credit card company called me because someone else was racking up charges on the same card I had used with ebuyusa. That card had not been used for 6 months so the timing of the fraud was strange."
"I wanted to save, but there many illegitimate scheme businesses in nyc and nj. So I visited their warehouse in Edison filled with LG TVs. The manager Joe was helpful and gave me some discount over the website price and some free accessories on LG OLED65B6P...though not as much as I hoped. They had many b6p, so he was being more generous with them. So it looks like they are legit. But there are crooks like East Coat TVS and Cliffs Deals (same people). Stay away from them."
"I find it funny that I ordered the LG OLED 65E6P TV over a month ago and haven't received it, but someone orders one a few days ago and gets it in a day according to another review on this very site (Turvo712). I have called EBuyUSA two times. Once they said it would ship in a week and the second time they said they wouldn't get anymore in. The second call was made last week before another person's order on this review site had his order ship to NJ. EBuyUSA has great prices if you actually get the product, but I placed my order over a month ago and don't have anything to show for it."

"I just ordered Samsung UN65KS9800 a curved 65" TV.
I talked to Joe he took his time to explain to me the difference between Samsung TV's made in Mexico versus the ones made for Asian Market; the pros and cons.
He also gave the best price compared to what I would have paid n BestBuy or hhgreg etc.
He convinced me it is better to ship it via FedEx, first I will receive it in 2 days and second it won't be prone to be damaged when shipped by truckers.
I was sold reluctantly as I do not have urgency to have the TV faster but I did it for safety at extra cost.
For today I found Joe to be professional knows his staff and willing to take his time to answer your questions and gave me good price.
However, the final test will come whether I received the TV by Thursday, 3/9/2017 as promised. I will update my reviews again on Thursday after I received the TV as promised and in good condition to justify the extra price I paid for FedEx shipping.
If I received the TV on Thursday, 3/9/17 I will recommend eBuyUSA and Joe's courteous service so far."
"I recently received LG OLED 55E6P that I ordered from eBuy USA. The TV is amazing and the pricing could not be better. I was a little skeptical at first how their prices could be so good however I decided to take the plunge after reading other positive reviews.
The process of getting a TV through eBuy USA is different than say that of your local retailer. You will not have your TV the same day or next day so if that is what is important to you, then this is not the place to buy from. If saving many, many hundreds of dollars is important and you do not mind potentially waiting a short while for your TV, then go ahead and pull the trigger. The customer service reps who answer the phone do a great job of explaining their process and managing your expectations. They will ensure you are satisfied from start through delivery.
