Order was flawless and as expected. TV brand new in box with all accessories. Went to their warehouse in Edison full of brand new TVs mostly LG, some Sammy's and Sony. There I met Joe who runs the operation and was very helpful, even giving me his personal cell phone to contact about the order or any questions. Also gave me a couple 4k HDMI cables, some cleaning fluid and helped me load the TV into my van.
Can't thank eBuyUSA enough. Saved a good amount of money and everything was smooth.

"I am from the Boston area. I initially contacted Ebuyusa on Sunday 12/18 to see if it was possible to pick up the LG 65 inch OLED b6p as my son was visiting a friend in the Bronx and had a truck. I had read a few negative reviews and a lot of good ones, but figured if he could physically pick up the TV in Edison, I'd be safe. They were only scheduled to be open 10-2, and had told their crew they could go home at 1 since it was slow. They were willing to stay open if he could make it by 2, but it was too short a time when I called, So I told them I'd just order online. I completed my order about 1PM Monday, and got a call back to discuss going with the insured shipping for 250. It was worth it to me since i wasn't going to have to pay the sales tax I would have on a pickup. I paid $2170 + $250 shipping and was shocked when Fedex showed at my door north of Boston at 8 AM on Wednesday. It came double boxed, in perfect shape. This TV is INCREDIBLE!! I saw it was back up to $3999 at Best Buy last week. I had no problem registering warranty with LG. For all those concerned about buying from these guys, I have already sent one coworker and my son to their site to buy. Thanks to Albert and Alex for helping me own a TV I never thought I could afford!!! 10 STARS in my book!"

"Horrible company. Ordered a TV a week before Christmas and it was never shipped. I called a couple of days after I placed the order and was pushed to pay $400 in shipping. I agreed so they would get it shipped. They never shipped it and never communicated.
They also force you to rate them immediately after placing the order. This is a scam because they have not even processed or shipped the product yet.
BEWARE. I gave them a chance and they were horrible."
"Recently I purchased LG 55 inch OLED TV from the ebuyUSA website at a good price, best price I could find online. Three days later got a call from Joe, he explains that the free shipping is not safe and that the TV wont be insured shipping it with the free service I selected at check out. What? He said that the TV going to bounce around from truck to truck for days on end and that I have no insurance to fall back on. Joe then says I can pay them an additional $250 to get the best 2 day FEDEx shipping thats fully insured. I said that seems awfully expensive for shipping, to which he replies, yeah but we have to pack it up real good and safe, double boxed with the foam shipping peanuts. I reluctantly and regrettably agreed to these outrageous shipping charges. So the TV finally did show up five days later, not two days, no foam shipping peanuts, just a box, it didnt even say fragile or breakable on it.
Once I received the TV, I was curious, so I made out a FEDEx shipping label online to reverse the shipping back to the exact Edison New Jersey facility this TV shipped from. I wanted to check the true shipping cost now that I had the actual size, weight and shipping information. This TV would cost me $147.32 fully insured for 2 day service with no volume discount to ship this back to them. It probably cost them half of that to ship it to me, yet they took me for an additional $250 on it!
Total bait and switch scam, please dont fall for it!!
At the end of the day I did receive the correct TV and it appeared as new and it does work just fine. I suppose it could have been much worse. I learned a good lesson and wont do business with these guys or any type of similar outfit again. My advice is to avoid ebuyUSA and stick with reputable dealers with ethical business practices."
"As has been stated in other reviews, eBuyUSA is guilty of yet another bait and switch. Since I have seen both good and bad reviews and attracted by their low advertised pricing, I figured I had nothing to lose and was protected by using a credit card so I decided to give eBuyUSA a try. I called them directly and spoke with Victor to confirm pricing on the Sony Z9d 75" TV was $6559 delivered without any extra costs. Victor said that was the final price and there would be no expediting, white glove delivery or extra insurance needed. I then purchased the TV via their website. After not hearing anything 5 days after placing my order and status listed as 'Processing', I called and was on hold for at least 15 minutes while being transferred 3 times. One of the people I talked with kept putting me on hold to take 'more important calls and finish work he had forgotten to do'. This was all too familiar with many other reviews I read and I sat there thinking that it must be part of their tactic. Finally I got to speak with Joseph who immediately sympathetically informed me that the version I purchased was an older model and known to have defects. The newer version was also available for $9000 (nearly $2500 more!). It's a typical bait and switch technique but I didn't think they would try it on a set that just came out a few months ago! It's too new to have different versions. I told Joseph that there was no mention of 'older model' on their webpage when I purchased the T.V. and right then while I was on the call, Joseph updated his website to show the 2 different versions - old and new! I have been researching this TV for awhile now and I know for a fact that there is one and only one version available. I asked him why they would sell a defective model at a discounted price and he had no explanation other than to say he was just trying to warn me. I didn't feel like wasting any more time on these tactics and told him to cancel the order. I emailed them to make sure it was canceled and got a reply from Victor stating that he didn't recognize the cancellation number. So again I emailed him to tell him to CANCEL IT! Did Joseph give me a fake number? I'm not sure but he didn't cancel the order and pretended to. In the end, I wasted nearly a week of waiting. An additional warning. Don't believe their reviews either. They make you fill it out prior to even completing your order. If you read them most people only comment about their low prices and easy ordering but then add comments like 'I hope my order arrives soon'. Good luck with that. "
"My experience was exactly the same as DrDeville's experience. Here is my review.
I purchased the LG OLED TV. The TV is perfect. The deal was terrible. I searched for and found a $25 off "Black Friday" coupon to add to the price, making the order total $1423. This was the best price I could find online. I went to bed happy. Just before I drifted off to sleep, I got a call from EbuyUSA Alberto telling me that I had to go for the the $250 FedEx shipping if I wanted safe and undamaged shipping, and if I wanted a recent build of the TV and not a TV built months ago. I would also have to pay an additional $60 on top of the additional $250 shipping for the late model build. Not expecting this call, and already partially asleep, I agreed. When I awoke the next morning, I called to cancel my order, since other online retailers had a better deal, and I had TWO MONTHS to return the TV instead of 5 days. Alberto told me it was too late to avoid cancellation charges; my order was ready for shipment.
I would never buy from these bait and switch crooks ever again. If they want $250 for shipping they should say so clearly, and not try to trick you in to ordering for a low price that they have no intention of fulfilling. When I tried to cancel, Alberto said he would drop $50 off the price that my increased shipping and late model build if I would not cancel the order. I agreed, but when I checked my Credit Card, the full price with shipping and late build was charged. No $50 off, so that was a lie too. Avoid EbuyUSA like the plague."

I recently purchased a TV from Joe of Ebuy. The TV has arrived and is great (thus far - fingers crossed). There was a delay in delivery (4 days vs. 2 days), despite the fact that I paid extra for the expedited and fully insured 2 day delivery. This was not really that much of an issue, but it was more Joe's approach that was disappointing. I had to call and follow up to check the status of the delivery, as Joe didn't respond to emails. He did not accept any responsibility, and instead made excuses and blamed me. He very seldom applies to emails and requires following up to get information on products and delivery. He did offer a gift card to be used against a future purchase - in response, when I offered him an opportunity to redeem himself by way of asking for a quote on another purchase, he just didn't respond. This is really a shame, as the price of the goods is great and the TV has worked perfectly (for the 3 weeks that I've had it), but Joe's poor attitude and customer service has, in my opinion, let Ebuy down."

Then purchased from EBuyUSA for $1799 and also chose the Express shipping. Within 2 hours after placing my order I get a shipping notification. Tv arrived in 3 days as promised.
I contacted EbuyUSA and spoke to Joe after I got the tv to help do a set up and he was very kind and a pleasure to deal with.
At the end of the day I did get the best service and best price on the tv I could find anywhere.
