"I used the canopy for the first time this weekend. First the positive....the materials used and construction of the canopy was EXCELLENT. We were very pleased. Now the negative....it was a slightly windy day and that frame rocked and rolled. We had 35 pound weights on every corner and yet the stsructure rocked from side to side. I sell fused glass. Glass people don't want their canapy to move in slightly windy conditions. Very disappointed. I think the poles are too flimsey."

"This Shelter Logic product was selected because it was one of the few canopies that had a frame that was strong enough to be left up all summer and which was strong enough to survive a strong thunderstorm. The canopy arrived in 5 days and was not damaged in transit. As indicated in other reviews, I found that many of the frame pieces did not fit together without additional sanding of the tube ends and re-drilling of the button holes, after which some repainting was required. However, once the adjustments were made, it went up quickly and has withstood the weather quite well. A small amount of water pools on the tarp after a rain but it amounts to only a few ounces. So far, I am happy with the product."

"I was so excited to receive my ecanopy until the ridge poles would not fit into the 4way connector. I used wd40, vasoline, and a rubber mallet, but these poles were not going into the 4way far enough for the buttons on each pole to lock into place. I called shelter logic immediately and explained the situation, and without hesitation, I was sent two more 4way connectors. This tells me that this is not a new problem for ecanopy. So, I am still waiting for my 4way connector so I can assemble and use the product. The 4 way connectors arrived and the ridge poles still had to be persuaded to get the buttons to lock. The warranty is void if all the buttons do not lock into place. I have 3 buttons that will not lock and the poles are in so tight that there is no way to rotate the pole towards the button. If you want a permanent shelter, this is your item. If you are looking for a shelter that you can take down, do NOT order this product. If I could have taken the canopy apart, I would have put it back in the box and requested a full refund."
