"After setting up on Friday evening for a show to be on Saturday October 19, 2019 upon arrival on Saturday we discovered that the storm that moved through during the night had completely "trashed" our Caravan top and bent the frame beyond repair. A call to ECanopy on Monday proved very reassuring that a complete package was more economical than trying to repair what had been destroyed by the storm. He was confident that the complete package was not only more economical than trying repairs but it would be here in plenty of time to make our next planed art show in two weeks. "Lost our canopy cover this year. Went to eCanopy.com to find a replacement. Found a top but not the sides. Contacted their rep. who matched up our sides and completed the order. Received the order within the week. Can't say enough good things about my experience with eCanopy.com"

"Overall the 2 of us put it together in a few hours and I'm happy with it so far.
Burrs inside holes made it difficult to slide the pipes into each other at times.
About 4 or 5 times the holes were not aligned when pipes put together even after some hammer smacks so I had to drill them out to get the bolts to go in.
Pipe 10223 (2) doesn’t show on diagram or in the instructions but came with the kit I think I figured out where they go.
The anchor kit did not work at all. It wouldn’t bore into this ground although there are tree roots where I chose to put the canopy. I got heavy duty spiral corkscrew ground anchors from Tractor Supply and they worked fine secured canopy with heavy duty tie wraps.
In fact I’d like to ship that anchor kit back to you and ask for a refund for what it cost me. I’ll probably end up throwing it out because I'll have no use for something like that."

"After much research, I purchased a 10x10 canopy from eCanopy.com. It was shipped very quickly. The website information let me know that this was a much more sturdy tent than the typical Walmart canopies. It arrived promptly and perfectly in time for me to test being able to set it up by myself. The tent is very heavy. However, we haven't had a chance to take it out of the box yet. We will test the setup tomorrow and use it on Saturday. I will update when we actually use it. As for now, I can say with confidence that their shipping is top notch!!"
