"The first time I called to see about a replacement cover I was told by the employee working there that they didn't sell replacement covers for King Canopy. When I called back a second time to ask a question I was told that they did and I ordered two replacement covers. When I mentioned to him that he had told me previously that they didn't he said that I had asked him about foot supports which I hadn't. Anyway I ordered the covers and they arrived in a decent amount of time and it fits just right.

"However, this was not my experience when I purchased the Undercover super lightweight tent with white canopy. It is everything they said it was to be. Easy to put up. Easy to take down. Stupidly, I forgot the case has wheels and they are quite obvious but I didn't see them so I carried it. I'm pretty strong so it was fine but would have been great if I had noticed the wheels! Shipping was great, just as they had promised. I have nothing but good things to say. I own a business also so I read reviews all the time because they do help!

"My order consisted of two gable-end 10x13 replacement canopy covers. I ordered them by phone based on the online catalog page, which shows a diagram with the frame dimensions. The diagram matches my existing frames, which are 13'-0" long and 10'-8" wide. However, the replacement canopies sent do not match the diagram.

There were several problems:

1. The canopies are no more than 13 feet long, so there is no extra material to hang down at the gable ends, as they do in the catalog page. The canopies barely reach the ends of the frames.
2. The layout of the grommets is way off. I needed to shorten the width by wrapping the grommets around the frames, and holding them in place with screws. I also needed to extend the length by providing rope loops.
3. The canopies are not rectangular with straight edges, so that the sides are curved rather than straight.

I have been unable to find another source for 10x13 replacement covers, so I decided to keep and adapt the covers, rather than returning them. I contacted eCanopy.com customer service thinking they may not know about these issues, but they basically said it was someone else's problem, since the covers were direct shipped from another company."
