"I ordered a 10x10 package deal from eCanopy a few weeks ago and was so bummed when I put it together for the first time at a show and the walls were about a foot too short. With the walls so short, even the slightest breeze went up and under the wall and ripped the wall off. Super frustrated to be dealing with during a show. I can't really use the tent with the walls being so short so contacted customer service, who told me to contact the manufacturer. Several days and phone calls later (having to speak to 5 different people...each passing me on to someone else) I was told from the manufacturer that I could return the item at a reduced shipping cost. I was then contacted by eCanpoy stating that they would not honor that offer. I'm still not sure if it was a defective product or if they just sent the wrong walls. Either way, I'm stuck with a $300 tent I can't use. :( "

"We needed a canopy fast and we needed it to be one we could set up and take down fast! This was it! Only complaint is the tent says 10X10 but the canopy is only 8X8, when you put the legs out (at an angle) the corners of the feet make a 10X10 square. "

"As someone who has done outdoor shows for years, I've seen a lot of different canopy's /tents.
A few years ago while at an event I noticed a different canopy, the look of it caught my attention and I went over to get a closer look. It was an UnderCover Canopy.
I was really impressed and questioned the owner as to where this great looking tent came from. He forwarded the link to me and I saved it for a while because we had two older tents that were fine we really didn't need new tents and from the look of them I thought they would be way overpriced. Later at other events, I started noticing more UnderCover Tents. So I spoke with my business partners and we decided to buy one, at times we use one tent but sometimes we need to set up two. We love the UnderCover 10x10 R-3 Commercial Vending Canopy with CRS Enclosure, it's easier to put up and the curtain side panels are a dream to install it's like putting up a shower curtain, no more messing with velcro tabs that really didn't seal the tent. These side panels zip up and totally enclose the tent.

Last fall we were at an event where we left the tent up overnight a wild wind storm came up during the night so as we were driving back into the venue the next morning there were mangled tents down everywhere. I had a sick feeling that our new tent would be in a tangled knot like so many we were passing by on the way to our space. I was shocked to see our tent was still standing I'm sure the fact that we have forty-pound weights on each corner helped a great deal. But the top and sides were intact not flapping in the wind like all the others around us. We did have some damage only because another tent blew on top of ours and bent two pieces of the top frame. I contacted UnderCover and they were very helpful. We purchased the parts and managed to replace the damaged pieces and you wouldn't know there has ever been a problem. So this year we made another purchase from UnderCover Canopy for our business. They are great tents for the money and if used with weights and avoiding any 60 mph wind storms if possible they will hold up well. The people at UnderCover are knowledgeable about their products and if you ever need anything they are right there to advise you. We do shows from April through December and we've seen a lot of tents over the years, The UnderCover tent looks the nicest and really stands out among the rest and we have recommended them to many artists and crafters.
