"The item arrived quickly, but we realized that we ordered the wrong item (that was on us). We did not open the canopy and requested a return. This is where things became slow. We were also notified that return shipping would be on us, plus they would deduct $22 for the initial shipping cost (shipping was free when we purchased the canopy). But, we decided to send it back anyway. It took a while to get the return label info by email. When we finally did, we sent it back. We were able to track the shipment and it was received by ecanopy in just two days. However, after almost a month, we still hadn't received the refund. We emailed with no response and finally received the refund about a week later. Lesson learned. Shop elsewhere."

"This year we decided to order a 13x10 canopy for our annual visit to Garner State Park in Texas...We are so happy we did. There was a Thunderstorm the first night and it kept all the stuff on the picnic table dry and allowed us to have breakfast and coffee with no hassle. It rained all day another day until 5 pm, but we just ate and played cards and games and just enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to your great canopy we didn't get wet. "On May 1st 2019 I purchased one of their 10x10 canopy packages, along with two clear sidewalls and two clear sidewalls with a center zipper (About an $800 dollar order). I was told that the canopy would be shipped directly from ecanopy and the walls would be shipped from Caravan. I was told that I would receive all items by May 10th 2019. By said date I had received the canopy but not the clear walls. I made several calls and emails to ecanopy, to try to figure out where the walls were. I kept being told that they would check on the walls and get back to me. I would sometimes wait one to several days, before reaching back out to ecanopy, after not hearing back from them. They would tell me that they were having trouble getting an answer from Caravan, that Caravan had to make the walls and so on. I had to get more persistent as I was missing opportunities to use the tent for its intended purpose. I FINALLY got the walls on May 31st and was relieved that the ordeal was finally resolved, so I thought. When came time to set up the tent for the first time, I soon realized that the two walls with center zipper were about 12" longer than the clear walls with no center zipper, that they we too big for the tent and would not work. Also the walls with the center zipper were to be used to enter and exit the tent, but they didn't install a zipper that could be used on either side of the wall, so if you were on the inside of the tent, there would be no way to zip it closed or open if it was to be zipped from the outside. The daunting task of getting another issue resolved with ecanopy began again. I reached out to ecanopy and explained the issue, the representative asked that email pictures of the walls, along with a description of the problem. I sent the email as requested, only to be told to that I needed to take it up with Caravan. I contacted Caravan and the lady told me to send an email with pictures and description to their warranty dept, which I did. I finally get an email back from Caravan telling me that since I purchased through ecanopy, that I would have to submit the issue with ecanopy, that they don't deal directly with ecanopy's customers. Now into the middle of June, I again contact ecanopy to inform them that Caravan can not help me and that ecanopy would need to contact them. I get an email from ecanopy today stating that I would need to wait for Caravan to issue a return label, so they can take the walls back for "repair/reproduction". As I type this review, I am still waiting on the return label and have an expensive tent that can not be used. I am now to the point of trying to find another company that offers what I'm looking for, as I have no idea how long this "warranty" process can possibly take, considering the amount of time it took to get the walls in the first place. Both companies seem to be very unorganized and incapable of not only making a wall the correct size, but also in the manner that they have handled the entire order from day one. I personally feel that a good company would immediately try to resolve the issue, by sending out the correct size walls just as quickly as possible, even if that required expedited shipping, instead of taking their time to send me a return label, waiting to receive them, tearing them apart, putting them back together and sending them back out to me. This process could take well over a month, or even longer. I will NEVER make another purchase from ecanopy and hopefully I can find a better company that values their customers at any cost, especially when several errors had been made. Once I find another company, I will most likely have to file a dispute with my credit card company and request that ecanopy take every product back at their expense. I am not one to generally complain, but I am completely fed up with this company and the way that they have handled the situation. I have been told by both companies that these clear walls generally take 4-5 days for production, plus shipping time. I'm six weeks into this order and still do not have what I ordered. Not to mention, if Caravan makes these products as their main business, how in the world can they get the length of two of the four walls incorrect by making them too big for the tent? Do their guys not know how to use a tape measure? I have been more than patient with both companies, but with them not offering to produce two replacements and get them out to me right away shows me how poor their customer service is and I refuse to spend my hard earned money with a company that could care less about their customers. "
