"Ordered a replacement canopy for our Shelter Logic 10x20 frame. Emailed and also spoke on the phone with customer service asking if they were sure the 10x20 canopy top would fit and was assured it would. Sides, back and front fit fine but top was too small. Called and was told they reviewed our phone conversation and email and found they were not at fault. We paid $94 with free shipping for just the top.....we have ordered a 12x20 and they still want to charge us the original shipping on the first top $25, restocking fee $14 and we have to pay shipping back....making us OUT the top and getting possibly $30 back out of our $94. By the way, the new top was $120. You would think a company would absorb some of this since we are still ordering their product. I wish I hadn't since I've found it for $54 elsewhere but too late. We've decided to sell the original 10x20 top on Craigs List so if anyone out there wants one take a look there...it's brand new and we've discounted it a bunch! More than eCanopy would do! Not a happy camper! I must say that the gentleman I spoke with at eCanopy was nice enough, he just had to go by their stupid policies!"
