Words can't describe the Mitsubishi 23 seer mini-split. It is an unbelievable unit. I just ordered my second one. I put one in my shop and now I'm putting one in the "woman cave." You can't hear it run unless you put you ear up to it---inside OR outside unit. I don't see any noticeable increase of movement on the house electric meter. Knowing what I know now, I would have put these in my house when I built it. Renee and E-Comfort are two of life's pleasant experiences."
