"Rec'd. the kit in a timely manner and have begun installing it. It's fairly easy but not as easy as watching the gentleman in the video. If you don't do ths everyday and are a happy homeowner like myself, it can get a bit hairy at times. The only drawback I have is I should have mentioned that I have an existing floor drain in concrete and should have requested a different drain kit. I have modified the drain to fit the standard one I received. I think it will work out fine. I would recommend this to anyone that plans on redoing a shower or installing a new shower.
