"I was very satisfied with the customer support. That being said I was very dissappointed by the fact that I could not use an international credit card even though I am an American citizen. The only way I would have been able to complete the transaction would have been to get a transfer from my financial institution which would have incurred a fee of $30. This fee made it not worth it for me to continue on with the transaction. However through other companies such as amazon I can use my international card without having to do any extra steps. I would like to shop with your company, but at this time it is too inconvenient for me."
