"I ordered a blue pearl granite vanity top for $380 but the bowl in it was too large to fit in my offset 36 in. cabinet and did not sit properly leaving a gap on the side. I did not want to return the item, and I tried to get the Pegasus Company to exchange the bowl for a smaller one, but it could not be done. There was no way for me to know the installation would not work until the piece was here, and there was nothing I could do to make it work for me. I explained the situation to jenniferb, Customer Team Lead. I attached pictures, but she insisted this was a regular return and wanted to charge a 15% restocking feel. On top of that she wanted me to pay for return shipping from Florida not to Georgia were it came from, but to Maryland. The cost would have been prohibitive. I would have had a significant monetary loss and nothing to show for it in the end. She said I should sell it on my own to avoid the charges. The vanity top is still sitting in my garage until I can find a buyer for it. I will never make a purchase from eFaucets again. "
