"Customer service is lacking. You can't get ahold of them on the weekends. Once a product is installed, they won't handle replacements; must go through warranty of manufacturer. I received a faulty faucet from Vigo. Vigo shipped out a replacement cartridge and it, too, did not work. Vigo shipped out a new faucet. However, we will have been without a kitchen faucet for two and a half weeks. They wouldn't over night me one. Phone calls weren't returned. $25 back to my account isn't enough. Unacceptable. I would have much rather paid extra to have less hassle with returns and exchanges at Home Depot.
They claim their Customer Service department is reliably available, but they are not, due to their "partner manufacturers" not being open on the same days. They cannot fulfill your requests for action on the weekends since the people they need to check with aren't there. You can, however, still talk to sales. I requested expedited shipment on the day same day that the order was put in for the replacement and the request was denied. Perhaps they did not note this correctly in the computer. Natasha submitted the request and it was denied. They claim that the replacement item must ship out the same way it was originally shipped. Again, poor customer service. Furthermore, I have requested a tracking number for my item numerous times and still haven't received. I, once again, must call and be put on hold for perhaps over 30 minutes (as has happened several times!) in hopes of getting it."

What a catch 22. I had no choice, then, to accept the expensive order of something I didn't need. Now it's sitting in my house, unopened. Thinking about maybe ebaying it. How can they not be able to cancel an order that has not yet even been processed??"

"I asked for an overnight shipping and paid for it. The shipment never came. So THREE days later the company sent out another faucet and was supposed to be overnight. Well another FIVE days later it finally came. I of course could not trust that a shipment would come from them in a timely manner, so I needed to go out and purchase a faucet in the store. This is what I should have done after the first one was "lost in shipping". I was without water in the kitchen for over a week. Of course they immediately processed my payment; however to refund my payment, according to them it will take over two weeks AFTER UPS delivers back to the company. How fair is that! I could not in good conscious recommend doing business with this company to anyone. "

"We needed a faucet with a maximum bottom plate to fit in our sink. We had two Pfister's before, but the second one did not do well. This is a PfisterPro faucet and the handle is different. It works very smoothly and easily. This faucet fit a 10 inch or slightly less space which we needed. Went in easily and works extremely well. The picture on the website showed a plastic spray, but the one in the box was polished chrome and is taller than expected -- but that is fine. It has a very strong spray, and I like it. This was the only place I could find a faucet that fit what I needed."
