"Phone support was good. I ended up ordering over the phone because the Web site was not showing a description of the product that was consistent with what I clicked to order. Described a stainless steel faucet, while I'd put a chrome faucet in the shopping cart. Price matched Chrome. Prices were very competitive. 3 out of the 4 available finishes shipped same day, bu the other was not in inventory and required 7-10 days. I tried chatting online for technical/spec questions which was a waste of time. Bad answers and then they give you the manufacturers phone number to get good answers."

"Ordered a shower, my order was cancelled next day without explanation. Status online was showing shipped and cancelled at the same time. I tried to chat with customer service, however they had no clear response and suggested to call customer service next day. I called them, explanation was not very clear, however they offered 5% discount and reordered my items over the phone. You would think it's nice or not so bad, however a week after re-ordering I have not received anything. Status online is processed, waiting for tracking number. Customer service has no answer on actual status, need to contact manufacturer, but they are closed, so someone was supposed to get back to me once they open... still waiting... no updates available online...
Not the best situation when you have people ready to work on your bathroom and get stuck with the materials for 10 days already"
