"I have been dealing with Ruby for over a week trying to get a sink. the first one was discontinued. I was offered a 10% discount which I did not take as I thought I had a sink through my contractor...That turned out to not be what I needed and contacted Ruby again inquiring whether I could still have the 10% on the sink she had recommended.I was promptly contacted and offered the 10% and the transaction was done immediately over the phone!
