"I came across this company when looking for replacement of safety bars in a shower. The original ones had been in place many years, and we're screwed into the tile, so I needed to find bars with screw holes in the exact same place as my old safety bars. I was very pleased to find them available through eFaucet! They were made by Moen and the price for them was very good! eFaucet delivered as advertised and promised! Would definitely use this company again should a need arise, plus I would recommend them to others."

"I ordered 2 toilets based on a photo on the e-faucets web site. The flush handle was on the left side of the tank in this photograph. After being installed by a licensed plumber, I realized that they had sent the wrong toilet tank with the flush handle on the right side. I talked extensively with e-faucets about their error. Although always pleasant on the phone, they refused to replace the toilet tanks with the correct one. Their solution was to sell me a new tank at their cost ($20 off). For that reason I will never buy from e-faucets again. "
"I ordered a jacuzzi bath tub, to the tune of about $1700, that would take six weeks to arrive. I put it on my credit card, promptly transferred the money from my savings to my card to pay it off, and waited six weeks. I did not hear anything about a delivery date, so I called, and found out my order had been cancelled the day after I placed it because they spelled my address wrong and it did not match with my credit card billing address. They then sent an e-mail notification that I never received, as again, they spelled the address wrong. The only thing they had correct was my telephone number, and they never bothered to use it, although it would have cleared the whole thing up in 5 minutes. I lost 6 weeks on my remodel, had to start all over on my house appraisal, barely got an apology from e-faucets, and was offered a 3% discount for my trouble (about $60 off). They apparently can afford to lose $1700."
