The max deck thickness for the faucet (which is not available anywhere on the eFaucets.com website) is 1 1/8". My granite is standard 3 cm (1 3/16") thick consequently the faucet could not tighten totally and it leaked.

I initially received the order confirmation email telling me that the product was on back-order. The day I ordered my sink, I called and spoke with a representative and he verified "10 in stock". All of this during a critical time during the building of our home. When I called and spoke to the first representative, after the email saying that they were on back order, the rep couldn't offer any help. I said "there must be some of this product somewhere, I wouldn't have bought it if it was on back order." Then, magically, they found inventory in an offsite warehouse.
So yes, the product did ship the next day, but had I not raised a stink about it, we would've delayed our closing 2-3 weeks because of the misinformation. The online inventory isn't updated quickly. "
"When I opened my sink as the final piece in my kitchen remodel I found it damaged in multiple places. Even though it was poorly packaged from efaucets on the inside, they said they couldn't do ANYTHING about it as I didn't open it within the 30 day window. I will not shop with them again."
