Fraud

"This florist is an absolute fraud! I ordered flowers based on the beautiful pictures they advertised, but what was supplied was completely different – cheap, substandard, and nothing like what was promised. It’s blatant false advertising. To make matters worse, there’s zero after-sales support. They don’t care about customer service or resolving issues – they just take your money and run. I will never order from them again, and I strongly and strongly suggest others to avoid this florist at all costs!
They are blatantly cheating their customers!

Delivered to me rather than sick friend

"Bouquet and chocolates ordered to be sent to a sick friend. Her name and address entered on booking form. The form did not even ask for my address however the order was sent to my address, which must have been obtained somehow via my credit card. I did not notice the error until I received notification of the delivery from Amazon. I tried to contact both Amazon and eflorist to correct this but there was no response. The delivery man listened to my problem and took the parcel back promising to pass on the message and correct address. I have heard nothing since."

Extremely disappointed

"Extremely disappointed and embarrassed. Ordered LARGE for mother's birthday and this is what was delivered compared to advertised picture.
Balloon is another disgrace not filled with helium and just thrown into the bouquet. Was told to wait 48 hours to see what they are like. I want them the way they should be when they arrive not after the date.
I order from florists online throughout the year and I said I would try somewhere different. Don't fix something thats not broke. I would not go near them again much better florists out there

Poor quality service and very expensive flowers

"Awful company to deal with. The flowers delivered and are no better than a £10 bunch from a supermarket. Failed to deliver the chocolates on the order. Customer service offered a patronising £2 refund for the inconvenience caused. No acknowledgement of the extra costs to replace the box of chocolates. Chose not to accept the £2 due to the offence caused.

Poor customer service, poor quality and expensive flowers and failed to deliver all of the order. Please avoid this business and go to your local florist instead.

Appalling Service with flowers thrown over fence

"As we live in Australia and my mum is in the Uk recovering from surgery months ago I decided to send her a gift on her grandson, my sons wedding day. I paid good money for flowers, a glass vase prosecco, chocolates and a gift card to be sent so she knew we were missing her on the day. She found the damaged flowers, plastic vase, chocolates and prosecco with no gift card at the side of her house where they had been thrown over a fence. I am horrified at this lack of service on what should have been a lovely but sad day for her. I have since been ill with Covid which is why there was a delay in this review."

Very disappointed with flowers and customer services

"Very disappointed with flowers and customer service.
Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. The flowers arrived on the day requested, but unfortunately the flowers were only half what we ordered / expected that arrived.
I sent an email (with a photo of the flower) the same night 2 days still waiting for some sort of correspondence back.
We will not be using them again. I will make sure will use a florist near to where the person lives in future.

Terrible customer service

"I ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered and the company refused to refund my money/resend my order. The address I entered was correct but the postcode had a very minor error - a letter O instead of the number 0. In the UK, postcodes with 3 letters at the end do not exist, so I contacted the company to see what could be done about this. They then claimed that the order was delivered to an incorrect address, so they could not accept liability. The problem with this is that my order was never delivered in the first place, so the company was not losing out on money or product by returning my money. I do not recommend at all, avoid at all costs. Save your money for a better company. "

Disappointing... Never ever use them!!!

"I wanted to send a lovely gift to my sister on her 40th birthday. With this intention, I selected E Florist and opted to pay a premium amount of 60 GBP for a luxurious bouquet (princess bouquet). My expectations were set high, hoping that they would create a memorable moment for my sister on her special day. However, the reality I encountered was quite the opposite, resulting in significant disappointment.

Product Quality (0/5): Despite the premium price tag, the bouquet she received was disappointingly similar to those readily available at more budget-friendly options like Morrison's or M&S. I expected a unique and exceptional arrangement but found it to be quite ordinary.

Value for Money (0/5): The high cost I paid for this bouquet did not reflect the value received. It's disheartening to feel that I could have obtained a comparable bouquet at a more affordable price elsewhere.

Customer Service (2/5): While the bouquet itself was underwhelming, the customer service provided was even worse. They promised to deliver it at a certain time slot in the morning before my sister leave for work, but they only delivered it in the evening and when I inquired about the delay via mail, I was told that they cannot guarantee delivery during the given time slot. My question is then why you give a time slot at all then at the time of ordering?

Conclusion: In summary, my experience with this florist fell short of my expectations. I had hoped for a special and premium floral arrangement but received a product that did not justify the premium price. I am left feeling disappointed and very unlikely to return for future purchases.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the florist, encouraging them to enhance their product quality and value proposition to better meet the expectations of their customers.

Shocking service . Avoid!

"After a failed delivery where I had paid for the guaranteed delivery date this was their response.

We are sorry to hear that your recipients' bouquet has not yet arrived. Although our next day delivery rate is 98%, our deliveries can be 1-2 days from the selected date. (this means if the item has not arrived on the date you have selected, it will be the following working day, however, the flowers are delivered in bud to ensure the freshness if they do arrive on the second day).

To ensure our customers are aware of this information before placing their order, this is shown in the "disclaimer" section of the product before the ordering process.

Terrible

"Terrible
Terrible. Ordered flowers for next day delivery.for 55years anniversary gift .. They arrived 48 hours later... When I complained I was told that I should have checked the disclaimer..... Wtaf. IF YOU CAN'T DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY THEN DON'T ADVERTISE IT. When they did finally arrive they were not that great anyway. Money best spent at a garage forecourt and hiring a uber driver to deliver it. At least you are guaranteed! Terrible customer service. Replied 72 hours after non delivery. Go elsewhere please

There is no option for zero stars

"There is no option for zero stars, so one star it will have to be.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, meticulously following all the necessary steps of placing the order within the specified timeframe as well as paying an additional fee for expedited delivery. I (foolishly) trusted the commitment made on their website that they offer next day delivery, and eagerly awaited notification that the order had been delivered, only to be let down. The fact that I paid extra for a service that failed to meet not one but two advertised commitments is unacceptable.

Day two comes and, again, I eagerly await the notification that the delivery has taken place. Again, nothing. And still no response to my three emails to eFlorist.

Day three comes and, as the freshness of the delivery cannot be ensured (also based on all of the other horrific reviews I started reading) as well as the fact that the recipient of the flowers is leaving for a birthday trip, I request a cancellation of the order and a full refund for the inconvenience caused and shocking service (or lack thereof) received.

I eventually receive a response on day three from Bryony after my four emails indicating the order is out for delivery and 'we trust your flowers will be well received.' Out for delivery three days later, despite paying for next day delivery and subsequently requesting a cancellation due to the circumstances?! This is unacceptable.

I am based in South Africa, so I thought it would have been special for her to receive something spoiling, being so far away from each other and not being able to see each other on her birthday. It is so disheartening to think that the joy and excitement that should have accompanied this event have been replaced by frustration and disappointment.

eFlorist can't bother to get back to me, yet have sent their automated 'leave a review of your experience' email. If they can't even give feedback on direct emails, how do you expect them to care about negative reviews (as there seem to be thousands of them).

The order has now been marked as delivered; however, the recipient has not been there to receive it. So where have these flowers been delivered to?

I am still waiting on a response from my further two emails regarding a refund for the inconvenience and distress caused.

Didn’t deliver on date & were rude when said I wanted to cancel and my refund

"Ordered flowers with weeks notice to be delivered for my anniversary on the morning of my anniversary the flowers still haven’t been delivered 2 days later the morning of my anniversary I had to run about trying to get flowers. When I told them I wanted them cancelled and my money refunded they basically told me it’s not happening worst customer service I’ve ever received"

AVOID at all costs

"Please do not use this company. They have effectively stolen from me, by not delivering the flowers on time, on the agreed date and now not refunding me. They are a nightmare to get hold of and now they have blocked me on facebook. Awful, awful company, no professionalism at all. Please AVOID."
