"we are no longer willing to discuss this matter further"

"It's disappointing when flowers don't arrivet and, after follow-ups, it turns out they were signed for by someone else, with no attempt to contact the recipient despite my request that they do so before delivery. It's even more so, when you reach out again and again for feedback / updates and get dismissive responses (in fact, they may be algorithmic robots in a call center, I'm not sure) and then today, I was told 'we are no longer willing to engage with you further'. I live in South Africa. A pound is 20 rand here. It's a massive thing to be able to afford to send a friend flowers on her birthday so being repeatedly waved away by Sasha and Maddy is upsetting."

MI-SOLD NEVER AGAIN

"The product was mis-sold. The flowers that were delivered did not reflect the flowers that were advertised. Certain flowers were missing, pine cones were fewer than advertised and not sprayed gold and a branch from a pine tree was included just to bulk out the bouquet. The flowers were left outside my sisters front gate and could have been taken by anyone. I submitted a formal complaint but unfortunately was fobbed off by very feeble story. I was very disappointed......as was my sister.."

Absolutely awful!!!

"Absolutely awful! Purchased a £50 bouquet of flowers which turned up dead, smelling and the presentation was crushed into something that look like cling film! I would not have given a £1 for the flowers that I received.
To add to the dissatisfaction, eFlorist customer service is terrible, they were truly awful! This resulted in me taking my complaint to the UK European Consumer Centre (UK ECC), which the Netherlands based company gave me a full refund as they were totally unlawful!

If anyone has any bad experiences please submit a claim to the UK ECC.

Poor flowers & Poor Service

"I ordered the English Hedgerow bouquet. It was delivered to my place of work to hand straight to recipient. When it arrived the Roses were poor quality - the outer petals had turned brown and had curled, they were already perishing. They looked days old. I emailed my complaint to Eflorist with photographs. They responded as follows.....

Taking a look at the image that you have been kind enough to send, it appears that our florist has used substitutions within the arrangement. We adopt a substitution policy with our bouquets. This allows us to ensure delivery, as we understand that there are some occasions where it may not be possible that a florist holds all flowers in stock due to their perishable nature.

It appears that they didn’t even read the nature of my complaint. My complaint was not substitutions.....it was about brown poor quality roses.
I have emailed them twice again since and no reply. I clearly asked for some money back in my first email and that wasn’t addressed.
This is a very poor performance all round from Eflorist and cost me over £40.
I don’t recommend them and I won’t use them again.

No card attached

"Card not sent with flowers meaning friend has to ask on fb who flowers were from. No apology out compensation offered. They suggested they email the card to my friend - too late and pointless after the event. Further communication ignored, suggestion of email repeated and finally a message saying since I didn't pay extra to put my name in the flowers there was nothing they could do. A good gesture totally ruined!"

Bad Quality and False advertising

"We chose to order some flowers for my nanna who’s husband had just passed away. We specifically chose a bright coloured bouquet with less foliage, for two reasons, shes upset and we wanted bright colours and also she has tea bouquets with loads of foliage.
We chose a medium sized bouquet called ‘Golden Sunshine’ which cost of £42.98 in total. What was delivered was a good size bouquet but we a large amount of foliage and a total of 3 flowers that were yellow. The rest were green and purple!

After contacting the customer services team, I have been told that the substitutions were acceptable under their guidelines. The quality is also bad, the 3 roses in the medium size bouquet has completely wilted and dropped down after 2 days of being in a vase with water. Pictures can be provided!

Poor service, very disappointed

"Poor service. Order was delivered 5 days late and then some of the blooms were wilted. First they blamed covid-19, then the courier. No apology to the recipient despite this being requested. Disappointing, no customer care at all, certainly didn't feel like the order was "sent with love"."

Waste of money

"My partner ordered 4 bunches of flowers totalling 100£ and how disappointing the flowers were half dead stems were broken nothing like the picture. To be honest nothing about this flowers were correct. It’s false advertising the flowers you receive are nothing like the imagine
And after complaining and sending them images they don’t want to know and just fob your off
