I was told sorry nothing we can do label has been printed . So i asked too cancel my order was told the same in email . Absolutely discusting £31 is alot of money too loose at my age "
"I ordered the ‘Spring daze’ large bouquet, absolutely disgusting! There is a bunch of flowers that they charged me £30 for! Flowers that would probably look better if bought from tescos for £10
I emailed and complained and apparently Eflorist believe it’s acceptable to charge £30 for this. There isn’t a way to post pictures but put it this way I gave these flowers to my mum and she laughed.
Thanks Eflorist for ruining Mother’s Day and overcharging for a £10 tescos bouquet. And their response to my complaint was as follows

"Avoid this company/florist at all costs! I sent a £40 bouquet of flowers to my granny for her 93rd birthday. First of all, it was nothing like the photo on the website. It was one rose, a few cheap flowers and foliage. The rose was half dead on arrival and completely dead within a few days. I was mortified when I saw the flowers, upon visiting my granny. I had a huge amount of back and forth with the company, trying to claim a full refund. They tried to argue that they would not refund me, because it was more than 7 days since the delivery, despite the fact
that it had only been 5 days. This back and forth went on for nearly a week, and I was eventually refunded 50% of the cost of the flowers. Overall, such a disappointing experience. I will never use this company again and I urge everyone to avoid them, unless you want a pathetic bunch of dead flowers!"

I ordered what looked to be a gorgeous Christmas themed bouquet for my mum to be delivered on Christmas Eve. I paid nearly £30 for this and when it arrived it was the most pathetic excuse for a bouquet that I have ever seen!! Maybe four roses and a couple of freesia looking stems and that was it!!! I have contacted eflorist sending them a photo of the travesty and their excuse is that the flowers were sent in bud!!!! There were no buds only a very few very sad looking flowers and no foliage! Disgusted by this company will not use them again!!!"
"The flowers delivered were nothing like the flowers on the website, they were very poor in quality and the bouquet looked cheap.
I informed customer services and sent photos and I was shocked when they said the flowers were fine.

"Order was placed on 2nd November 2021 for delivery on 8th November 2021.
Delivery address is a school. Like the vast majority of schools, it closes at 3pm.
Having ordered well in advance, I was expecting the items to be delivered prior to 3pm.
I sent them an email shortly after placing the order requesting that delivery could be arranged before 3pm. Received no reply.
They were delivered by Yodel at 4:59pm.
It was my wife’s Birthday and she works at the school.
I drove to the school as soon as I received delivery confirmation. Not surprisingly , the main reception was closed. I asked staff at another building reception but they had no knowledge.
I returned home. I couldn’t contact eflorist as very limited contact confirmation. I attempted to contact Yodel but an automated response provided no further information and their web chat was not working.
Therefore, I couldn’t establish who or exactly where they were delivered to.
As a result, my wife was handed the items at the school the day after her Birthday. This order was placed on behalf of our eldest son who works abroad and hasn’t returned home for nearly a year so it was important that my wife received these items on her actual Birthday.
The order was placed six days prior to delivery and the delivery address was a school. Very disappointed that the delivery could not have been arranged prior to 3pm.
No customer service.
No interest after order placed.
No chance I will use them again."

"Terrible customer service. I ordered a specific colour scheme bouquet to receive a bunch of multi coloured flowers of no resemblance at all.
The responce I got was that the florist followed the policy. This made no sense at all as they sent a generic bogstandard bunch that you see for 15quid in a supermarket. I will not be ordering from here again. I would not recommend these at all.

"Website crashed twice during payment, no confirmation came through originally so ordered again, leading me to end up with 3 orders for the same person by accident. Contacted the company immediately who said they couldn’t cancel because they were out for delivery, however they weren’t dispatched till that evening and delivered the following day. All a lie to keep my money, ended up spending over £100 on what was meant to be a gesture to a friend...why would I send someone 3 of the same bouquets with the same message on!! The flower bouquet are also very small for £35, and that was a regular size. Never use this company, absolutely disgusting. "
"Awful experience. Paid & had flowers delivered to a friend who has suffered a bereavement. The flowers did not justify the cost. The flowers were described as a Bouquet but we're in fact a very small arrangement of 8 stems only 2 were roses & 2 Lillie's for the cost of £39.99 this was not including delivery.
