"eForCity ignored my attempts to contact the company about my order until after they had shipped the items. If I then wanted to make any changes(i.e., return any items) I would have to pay shipping costs back to the company, meaning that I paid shipping both ways. They refused to cover any shipping costs.
eFroCity left me with the distinct impression that they purposely ignored my attempts to contact them--including starting a dispute through PayPal--in order to make the sale and put me on the line for any additional costs. Knowing that most customers would keep the items shipped, rather than incur further shipping costs, eForCity is running a subtle scam.
Beware this company and it's fraudulent practices."

UPDATE: Contrary to their published return policy, once they saw this review, they immediately shipped a replacement without requiring me to return the original. The replacement works fine. So, rest assured that if you have a problem, they will do what they can to make it right. However, I would still have to question the quality of their merchandise."
