"Eforcity is my favorite shopping site.
I have made 4 purchases from this site in the last 3 months. The service is awesome, my purchased items always arrived before the estimated date.
Recently, after the item I purchased was shipped, I recognized that I just submitted the suite number and forgot street number in my shipping address. I contacted Eforcity and their customer service representative cooperated very well to instruct me how to get the purchased items. They said in case the package is bounced, they will re-ship to me without any charge. I'm very happy with Eforcity. I recommend this seller and would give my 5/5 stars for this seller without any hesitation. I will shop with Eforcity more in the future.
My only suggestion is that Eforcity should give some promotion to Canadian shoppers (such as the ship25 coupon code now are just applied for US, I will be more than happy to see if the code is applied for Canadian address as well).

"Maybe it's because I've been dealing with a bunch of slow-shipping retailers lately, but shipping was darn fast, even from CA (I'm in VA). Ordered on Sept. 28, got it on Oct. 2."
"I purchased a cable that was represented as a Nikon UC-E6 compatible cable. The cable was not compatible. After providing this feedback, they sent another cable (slightly different) but that cable was also not compatible with my Nikon camera.
My complaint is their products are mis-represented. The cost of the cable was minimal. The cost of shipping is 4x the cost of the cable. This business model generates revenue with every mis-represented product. To get the product refund I need to spend more than the refund to return the cable. eForcity keeps the shipping charges (the bulk of the order). I still don't have the product that I needed."
"If I knew that it would have taken them over 24hrs to process the order, I would have went through someone else. This made my "expedited" order (2-day shipping) pointless since I didn't receive my package four days after I placed the order (there was also a one-day shipping delay)."
"Bought a new case for my iphone, came in the mail 4 days later. Pleased with price, shipping, and overall support.
When I had to email twice to ask for tracking, someone emailed back immediately and apologized for the delay in response time.
Pretty nice quality case, it had a carbon fiber weave and i was trying to look for the longest time for one that wasnt just gloss plastic and finally found it here.

This is my order. As you can see I only ordered 1. The problem is yours and I will not pay for your mistakes. I will however tell Amazon that I no longer wish to do business with them. The response was to return the item. The value of the item is $3.55. Ether my email was not read or the third world Person can't read English. I see too many mistakes due to the lack of understanding and I want to speak to a person who speaks English as their primary language.

I was once an Amazon.com or eBay.com customer only. The problem with some of those websites is that the sellers, even if they have good ratings, do not always deliver the products. "Great experience shopping. The hdmi cable I purchased was inexpensive with free shipping. Ordered on a 3 day holiday weekend and still received it in less than a week. Cable works great. I also enjoyed the fact the cable only came in a shipping package, so no other materials were wasted and I only had to open one package."
"In reading other reviews, the problem with eForcity is that it appears that if every thing is straightforward, your order will be filled more or less efficiently. However, I recently experienced the same problem another purchaser cited - if paying through PayPal, the company uses the address on file with PayPal, and not an address you enter for product purchase. Like the other purchaser, my address with PayPal was not up-to-date and the product was sent to a wrong non-existent address. From that point on it's just been a nightmare. The email response is horrible. Whoever is replying to email inquiries never provides an answer -- the answers are generic replies which don't acknowledge your content. The consequence is that after half a dozen emails to the company providing the corrected address, a second shipment was mailed again to the same wrong address. I don't know how a company stays in business this way. I asked that my questions be directed to a manager but that has not happened. I will likely demand a full refund."
