"Beware when purchasing ink cartridges from this company. I ordered a black & color cartridge package for my canon pixma MP160 and found that the black ink cartridge worked, but the color one did not. I took too long to dispute the purchase, but when contacting customer service, I felt like they were not very accommodating. While I understand that their return policy is 30 days, I didn't feel like it was my fault that they sent me an incompatible product. If purchasing ink from them, test it out immediately with your printer. After reading a few of the reviews, there's a high chance that your ink cartridge may not work. I won't be ordering from this company in the near future."

"I ordered a battery for my Canon 7D DSLR Camera - I ordered a "Canon LP-E6 Compatible Li-Ion Battery".
This battery is NOT compatible with the camera or the charger.
Instructions in the box even say "Attention! - This rechargeable battery can be recharged with our supplied battery charger ONLY. Please do not attempt to charge with other battery chargers including OEM chargers."
This means, I got a compatible battery that is not compatible with either the camera or the charger - what part of that means 'compatible'?
I contact eForCity to resolve, I would much rather have my money back than an incompatible battery AND I don't feel I should pay for having a battery shipped to me that isn't compatible with the camera/charger as it designated.
Note to self, ALWAYS pay for OEM battery and ALWAYS buy from a reputable reseller.
OEM batteries work and they carry a warranty AND a reputable reseller will attempt to resolve issues.
I would NOT recommend eForCity!"
"I ordered a black ink cartridge from eforcity.com and could not get it to work. Imagine someone sending out a defective product to a new customer. It isn't worth it to go through the process of sending the cartridge back for a replacement. I guess they count on that. Update: eforcity said they are sending me a replacement without my having to return the bad cartridge. I'll let you know the outcome. Update: the replacement cartridge worked the first time."

"I would NEVER recommend eForcity to my worst enemy! I received the product, it didn't work in my fax machine. They emailed me a UPS slip to send it back, I waited and waited (trying to be patient and give them time to receive the item back and refund me). Finally after a time I contacted them because I never saw my refund. C/S send me a note back saying they refunded me so I contacted PayPal and they said it was never received and I would have to contact eForcity again. After several emails back and forth I finally tried to call (in one of the emails they even gave me a C/S number to call). No one ever answers at this number, it tells you to leave a message. I have left several and no one ever calls you back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!"

"Everything started out ok. Placed my order on 2/2/10, rec'd confirmation that the item was shipped and given a tracking number for DHL. Either they never really shipped it out or DHL lost it (handing it off to USPS), but either way I didn't get it. Ok, I understand, shipping errors occur. I try to call a number (that I had to search for via Google since it's not on their site) and keep getting told by their automated system that someone will be with me and eventually that no one was available. Great. So I email them and tell them I never got the item (this is two weeks later) and they write back they will send me a new one. Great! Except, that never happened. A week goes by, no email with a tracking number. I write again saying I never got it and they send me a canned email telling me that they will refund me. I tell them I don't want a refund, I want the item. I get another canned email telling me they're going to refund me and I again tell them not to refund me (in VERY clear speech) but just send me the item. Today, my card was refunded. SO. FRUSTRATING. Probably fine if you don't have any problems, but if you need to contact customer service, well, there is none. Buyer beware...."
