This is my second order from them. Going on day 6 now and the package is still in the same city.
My first order, they cancelled it for some reason. I then had to pay to have it overnighted, it took 3 days.

"I bought a Xbox 360 VGA cable w/ a RCA to 3.5mm fitting from them from eBay. I've always heard great things about their pricing and service, so I purchased from them instead of everyone else on eBay selling the same item for the same price.
The seller sent out the item extremely quickly and arrived way faster than expected. Their tracking system does suck, but I wasn't in any rush to get the part.
I got the part, as described. I figured all was well in the world. I then tested it and it didn't work correctly. As some people may know, VGA is a RGB cable. I noticed immediately my picture had no red, which meant the video cable was faulty. Cheap mass produced cables fail. Everyone knows that. I wasn't too upset about things.
I immediately sent them an email. They responded with a stupid comment of "what item wasn't working" despite the fact the item was linked to the eBay message. I then copied the address to the listing and also typed in the item's name. They responded back saying "Did the video cable fail or the audio cable fail?" Now it's been 2 days, going on 3, on a resolution that should have taken 1 message and 1 hour to resolve.
If you plan on selling A/V equipment, the customer service reps should have a clue or should ask someone before responding in a stupid way and wasting my time. It's a cheap cable, but when you are in the business of selling cheap cables, you should know your stuff or just make the customer happy. eforcity offers neither service. They clearly don't know what they are doing, and now have me waiting far too long on a replacement/refund on a stupid $10 item.
I'd suggest another vendor over eForCity. Their product is the same as everyone else, but clearly their customer service is awful. Beyond selling and shipping, they clearly are clueless. Steer clear."
