"I ordered a tripod I couldn't find in my country, so I selected international shipping. To my surprise shipping was 5$ only, while other shops ask for 40$, so I payed promptly. I am still waiting for the tripod to arrive. After almost a month I contacted eForCity and they inmediately refunded me, no questions asked. I told them I didn't want the money, I wanted the tripod, but they dismissed me alleging they don't have it in stock anymore. Now I believe that the 5$ international shipping cost was an error in their web site, and they never sent the tripod. I guess someone decided it was better to lose a customer than to lose that shipping money. Why do I say this? Because I never saw any kind of proof that they shipped anything to me, they were of no help when I demanded an explanation and, in the end, they just sent my money back and washed their hands. Not recommended, at least for international buyers!"
