"I ordered the 7 inch mini white netbook at an unbelievable price of $99. It arrived within 3 days. It would not connect to WIFI. I called, and they were very helpful. Sent email directions, and we corresponded back and forth with the determination that it was defective. I mailed it back to them, and they sent me another. They were out of white, and sent black. It works just fine. It was new and boxed. I am surprised to read of all the difficulties others have experienced. I found my experience to be frustrating due to a defective product but rewarding in the end. I am satisfied and would recommend using this company."
"EGlobal wireless has given me the worst online purchasing experience i ever had.
they sold me a defective bluetooth headset...TWICE....i had to pay to return the defective item twice...and now, this is the third unit that they sent me and it is still nto working...it has a frying noise and and echo.
the motorolla H720 that they sold me is clearly a refurbished item. it didnt come in a package, only a zip lock bag....and this final one that they resent has clearly been used as the ear piece taht goes over your ear is worn and has some dents in the rubber
i wouldnt recommend buygin from them and i am going to report them to the authorities and to Amazon so that they can stop doing this.

Had to send back the first unit - mouse pad not functional - at my own expense and now the replacement won't connect wireless. They have a 25% restocking fee - ridiculous! Customer service is a joke (you probably already guessed that) I feel like dumping it in the garbage. $99 bucks down the drain. "
"I will never order from this company again and I advise anyone thinking about it, to not do it. This company has a reputation of sending out used and/or defective merchandise. I was one of the unfortunate ones. I didn't know their reputation until I had ordered. The netbook I ordered was full of defects and was dead on arrival. I also purchased their 2 yr. warranty which is nothing more than a big scam. There is nothing on their site that mentions this warranty and what all it covers except when you check out with product(s) ordered. No where else is it mentioned. If you try to find out from company what all does it cover, you won't get a answer. Paid $14.00 for that. This company does business out of a house in Boca Raton, FL. and supposedly handles 1000's of products per day. This is nonsense. So what does the company offer? They offer you a priority handling fee of $2.95 to speed things up. Don't believe the scammers. They don't handle 1000's of products working in a house with a backyard pool every day, they're just GREEDY plain and simple. I have yet to get another netbook that is NEW and that works OK. They emailed me saying a new charger for the battery was sent, since this was the 1st complaint I had before finding out the whole unit is defective. Well anyways, the tracking # is bogus and the product has yet to come after 7 days and counting. Please! Do not lose your money on this company. Another user on a online forum had mentioned he recieved a bluetooth headset and when it arrived, it had earwax in its earpiece. Sound like a new product? It was advertised as new and cost $50 as well. You've been warned - Please don't get duped like I was."
"Worst company I've ever dealt with. They sent me a used headset with the wrong charger and the charger was damaged. No instructions, no receipts. Getting through to them is a nightmare and they never return calls. It took a week just to get a hold of them. Then I had to pay to return the item and get this... My son read the materials on line and knew that for $100 he was not going to get a great device, but something workable He describes the item as the equivalent of a "Happy Meal" toy... When checking into the return policy, I learned that there is a 25% restocking fee assessed against the purchase. More offensive is the fact that there is no refund of the 1 year warranty that was purchased, even though the product is being returned within days of receipt. I would avoid this store like the plague. Bad product - bad consumer relations after they have sold the product. "
"NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...I purchased a netbook from this company that did not work from the first try. I had a friend who is an IT specialist tell me that it will not connect to the internet. After contacting the company via email they gave me a standard message telling me how to connect or contact my internet provider? I called and could not get through to customer service? I called sales and they disconnected the call? After several emails, calls and a dispute through paypal they said they would replace it for free, if I pay to send it back, or charge me a 25% restocking fee to return it? I purchased a "new" Motorola Bluetooth from them. I received it in record time--3 days. But, it was not in a packaged box but was simply in a soft pouch and came "as is" with a recharger and a booklet.
The bluetooth failed to charge and was defective. I immediately contacted their "return" department and they simply e-mailed me a form response to contact Motorola and send it back to Motorola's factory. So basically they sell you defective equipment and expect YOU to deal with it directly from the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

"Although a new one was ordered, they sent me a used earpiece with ear wax in it. I called and was told to send it back. So I scratched off my address and did a "Return to Sender". They sent me a second used ear piece with scuff marks and paint chips. The customer service rep who emailed me about my "problem" sounded genuine and made it sound like a rare event. After the second ear piece arrived used and unpackaged, I've decided to get my money back through my bank and contact the better business bureau. Don't use them."
"eglobal wireless sucks balls, as I recently heard about another company, it thought it fit the bill. They look all good from the outside when you are shopping on their site and then when you receive your so called "new product" and doesnt work. They want to charge you 25% restocking fee to return a product for a refund that did not work to begin with and then they expect you to foot the bill. Their customer service it the craps and they just run you around so they dont have to answer the real question. I wanted to first to return my product and they gave me the option to call plantronics and get some help. funny thing is that they are not a authorized dealer and plantronics will not help you because they are not an AUTHORIZED DEALER!!!! So my advice if you wish to take it is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND CHEATS. BUY AT YOU OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!.
