"Do NOT use this company. I received a Plantronics bluetooth in a ziploc bag with no plantronics packaging or instructions. The bluetooth quit within 30 days so I was able to exchange it for another and requested one in the original sealed manufacturer's packaging. I received the replacement in an unsealed Plantronics package with xeroxed rather than original instructions. They are selling used items as new items. I don't know if they ever sell truly new items."
"On ordering 1 August the Blueant q1 (bluetooth headset) arrived vis USPS defective out of the thinly padded envelope on 6 August 2009. Contrary to website claim of a 'full refund within 30 days', a nearly 30%-lower refund was credited; I assume a restock fee was charged (free shipping on all products is claimed so no shipping/handling clawback should be levied). And I likely spent 3-4X as much properly packaging and sending back via Fedex (arriving at eGlobalwireless on 11 August 2009).
I note the same make/model now appears to be available for 50% more (labeled as recertified); and it is also available at the lower price that attracted my order. What's that all about?"

I ordered a bluetooth from them and had the same problem as the reviewer before me: it didn't work---it wouldn't turn on. No matter how much I checked whether it's fully charged or how long I waited, it just would not turn on.
From reading the posts of previous reviewers, I've decided not to even bother calling customer service and and having to deal with hassles and still won't have my problem resolved.
Bottom Line: Stay away from this store!!!"

"Absolutely awful experience. Not only was the bluetooth device product not in retail packaging, it was scuffed and the paint was chipped. In addition, the microphone did not work! Customer service insisted that I pay a restocking fee and ship the item myself back to them, even though it was not functional!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! EVER! Products are not new and they will NOT work to fix your experience when you have a bad one!
