I reached out to them THREE TIMES and no one replied about it. eHarmony used to be great but now it's garbage. They have no customer support and hardly anyone uses it. "

"I've been rather disappointed with my experiences to date as my matches do not necessarily meet my criteria. Whom at eharmony assesses whether a member is attractive for example? Case in point , I was recently matched with an obvious transvestite , quite obese women and two matches with pictures of their dogs as their profile pic. Changing my settings doesn't seem to make a difference. "

I have chatted with a couple women and then they just disappear and stop replying, with no just cause or warning. Much like many sites I have visited before this one.

Problems with length of text in the profile. limits as to how much is allowed to write. No control on fake sign up profiles they go through and posted. I am not satisfied with results of finding relationship. Reported some suspected profiles like with only one letter in headline which I know that it is scammer as well as other fake profiles with visible signs of bad grammar were defended by customer service representatives as unsubstantiated and left in data to be accepted.
Reluctance to remove fake profiles.
Final opinion is this dissatisfied from my paid membership on eHarmony based on length of time and large amount of fake profiles.

"I am left wondering about e-harmony's famous matching system, as I was 'matched' with people who could not be further from me in terms of interests, activities etc.. Despite wanting to meet people close to my own education and interests, e-harmony got it really wrong. I was also matched with people nearly 1000km away despite having close settings.
